Cards for EVERY occasion

Great choice of cards. As long (or short) a message as I like . Great price including card and postage. Speedy delivery. I sent a review last week on other purchases and just echo all the other reviews I've given about this company.Can't fault their service during and following purchase .This company are on my homepage because they're the only card company I need.Im hoping they expand their gift selection in the future then I can get rid of other apps on my home page lol .Their customer care is second to none too !! More exceptional service

Today I'd obviously , inadvertently deleted my message for inside my card before I paid.Realised it as soon as no message showed up on confirmation email .Messaged them straight away while THEY were messaging me..anyway it's the fact that they questioned there was no message and that I could have just intended to send it to a different address blank that makes them stand out from the rest. These guys actually care about their customers and the recipient of their cards. It's the personal care I love. I have Nice Things By Helena on my home page ,it's the only card company I need . A friend who's going through trauma received a card from me today and was so delighted because the card itself touched her and the fact I'd been able to express how I felt in quite a long message made an impact on her( me too because I wasn't being charged for each word OR only had a limited amount of letters to use because that SO infuriates me !! What else can I say about these guys I've not already said in past reviews except maybe writing your personal message seems to have become even easier to do ( not that it was difficult before ) Just can't fault anything and currently waiting for a friend to receive a card and a gift of a 2026 calendar so I get excited knowing THEY'LL be excited . If you've never used them before give them a try ,you will be SO glad you did and keep them on your home page too !!

The Shark itself is a brilliant piece of kit

They sent a delivery guy for my broken down' Shark ' he couldn't fit it all in the box so left me with the wand and hose even though I explained that the control panel is on the wand but he just shrugged I got a receipt though then 3 days later D and G or the people they use to repair stuff rang to say I hadn't returned ALL the appliance ..went thru the story they sent him again to collect the wanted and hose ...that was another fiasco ..he couldn't fit it in diagonally so tried the ... OPPOSITE diagonal ( just incase that was longer 😆) anyway eventually he figured it out !! Then I got the wand and hose returned to me about a week later Contacted them and they said my shark had to go to the shark cemetery.Choosing a replacement was ok but I do not believe their choice of replacement Shark without upgrading is very good at all in FACT I found my SAME SHARK in the UPGRADE section for £150 ...I rang and asked WHY I had to pay THAT to ' upgrade' to the EXACT SAME Shark I'd just had to replace ??!! I was told it was a mistake to refresh site and I'd find my original Shark in the section where I didn't have to pay extra... I did that and my new Shark is arriving tomorrow. Incidentally my Shark has served me well for nearly 4 years and has brilliant battery life and have been really pleased with it's performance . All the people I spoke to were helpful and polite but there was a lot of Faffing therefore won't give 5 stars

Claire the delivery driver makes for a great Evri experience..she's honest, kind, on time, always smiling and friendly not to mention respectful and works like a horse ,she makes the Evri experience more than just recieving a parcel but we all get a little bit of her ' sunshine ' too

20/10 AGAIN!!!

Part way thru Jan '25 I recieved a £10 voucher to spend how I wanted with this company for being a customer for 4 years ,I had only been talking to one of my daughters about how amazing they were the day before this arrived in my emails anyway, I wanted to send a card to friends in Ireland, Ispent ages writing the message out ( and there's no limit to how much you can 'write' as long as they don't run out of card lol !! ) Got to the end and couldn't send it ' cos of the EU restrictions to Ireland (which is where they live) so decided I'd have to have it sent to ME and then have to take to my post office and post it on to THEM So ,paid and within a short while I recieved an email from Nice Things By Helena asking did I MEAN to send a card to ME when the names written on the card obviously WEREN'T me ,when it was addressed to come to ME !! I explained in a return email ,I had to as at the end , before paying , found I couldn't get it sent to Ireland .They apologised about this but said , yes that was correct so they'd continue to get it sent to me .My point IS, they QUESTIONED the names on the card and why I'd be sending it to ME ..honestly I was SO impressed that they were trying to avert a mistake by noticing the names on the card and my name.....It's not the first time they've questioned something for which I've been grateful! Honestly If this company was a man I'd MARRY them 😂If they were a food , I'd only eat THEM for the rest of my life !! 😊THIS COMPANY are WITHOUT EXCEPTION the VERY BEST company I've ever dealt with and I'm 64 yrs old!! 😇I used my £10 incidently to put towards buy 5 cards get one card free ..which I was allowed to use even with having my voucher as I like to keep in some quality cards to write PERSONALLY sometimes . Use them if you never have, you WONT be dissapointed !!!!

Confident in Great Care

I had a clean and polish on the 20th and returned 3 days larer for a DEEP CLEAN I was very very nervous (always had a terror of the dentist ) and as normal my relatively new ( to me ) dentist Tayo is just an amazing compassioate human being, great sense of humor but sensitive to my terror lol! Each time I've seen him now- 4 or 5 times in total ,I have nothing but appreciation and grateful thanks to him and his lovely dental nurse .Honestly an hour at the dentist isn't what I'd choose to pass my time lol BUT I do NOT fear the dentist as I had especially when I had to leave Miss Didvar ( also an angel ) AND the dentist after her who was ALSO , SO lovely .Thanks too ,to the reception staff there who are calm amd efficient and kind in their dealing with people ,have seen people speak to them in a less than respectful manner but they take it in their stride. I am an NHS patient but they all at the practice treat me with care and respect.Hats off to ORADENT ASHFORD and much thanks 😊

My son recommended Back Market.I only paid for basic postage but my tablet was delivered quickly anyway.Well packaged, new box , and charger lead which was a bonus.As new condition .Really delighted.Will use them to purchase reconditioned phone soon too .11/10

THERE AREN'T ENOUGH STARS FOR THIS COMPANY ✨️

This company merits all the stars there are!! I love purchasing from them.They allow you to write as long a message as you like ,so you're not continually counting back the letters you've used from 400 or something equally mean !! The cards are original and from the heart, expressing real thoughts and feelings.These guys are on my home screen ' cos Since I used them about 4 yrs ago I've never needed another card company.They actually emailed me before sending a card once, checking the mistake I'd made was what I actually MEANT !! How's THAT for care and service? ! Theyre Always keeping g it fresh and lively and in touch with people's needs bringing out new selections. I would LOVE to find one tiny fault with them ...but I CAN'T! 😆 The personal service if you email them is incredible amd almost unbelievable in this day and age . Hats off to Helena that's what I say ..oh yeah and for being a regular customer each year I get a voucher to spend on their goodies. HONESTLY PEOPLE TRY NICE THINGS FROM HELENA YOU WONT NEED ANOTHER CARD COMPANY. .Also my friends and relatives say they've never had such unique or heartfelt cards before 😇

Awesome products and aftercare service

I ordered the DX750 ULTRA extendable magnet and powerful light .Its so useful to pick up items dropped or out of reach ..metal objects spoons ,nails etc so I ordered 4 altogether one for myself and 3 people I knew would benefit .I struggle to reach up high or get down

to floor level so this item is a MUST and SOOO useful .The other recipients have also been delighted.I had a small issue amd contacted them by email..they got back to me in less than 2 hrs and rectified the problem, basically bending over backwards to correct the issue .This

company and their products treat customers the way a customer would like to feel- appreciated! I continue to look forward to new items..ALSO their clear stick on hooks are INCREDIBLE ,they never fall down and have saved me from having to drill holes in my bathroom tiles and they hold an incredible weight without a problem also useful in the kitchen on tiles and cupboards for extra items and space .Well done MUST HAVE IDEAS 11/10

You'll need to PAY for an upgrade to the quality you've HAD possibly

Engineer who initially came to remove my microwave was really respectful friendly amd professional ( Diego he was called so high 5 to Diego) 🤚Once I found out my beloved Microwave was going from the microwave hospital to the microwave crematorium 😢.I was offered a replacement quickly.Those offered at NO extra cost were poor in quality compared to what I'd HAD ,ONLY by ' upgrading ' did I get to choose one that came anywhere near the high specifications of my OLD one so I basically had to pay £85 to get something that should have been equal to my old one ANYWAY! Not a great deal of choice on the upgrades either.Also NO information given on D and G site regarding certain specifications ie I NEEDED to know the temp range of the convection part of the microwave but NONE if them had this recorded and I had to keep going on a o and putting in each individual number to bring up specific microwave and then writing down the power of each one ..it was a total PAIN and added extra 2 days before I could choose and order and its my main equipment for cooking .But item is good...still not as good as my old De' Longhi in convection power snd not as well made the button you push to open the door is wobbly amd seems very flimsy not such good quality.Item does what it says though but was miffed at having to pay extra money to get 'like for like' ( ALMOST) quality

I love notification about new cards.I love the personal touch. The speed cards arrive to the recipient. How much you can choose to have written in the card.Nice Things By Helena are on my home page as they are my go to card company .A little bit different and quirky.Personal help if needed
.Easy to access and choice of cards and price ..why would I need to go anywhere else for cards
