I wanted a sofa ,knew what I wanted and was fortunate enough to have a sales assistant- Sarah ,who went the extra 100 miles to ensure I got the best service .Sarah was knowledgable ,helped get me the best deal , explained everything so clearly and patiently ,went above and beyond to help my specific requirements with my sofa ,she had a sense of humor amd her approach was very human and very caring shes a credit to DFS and the store in ASHFORD KENT .ALL stores no matter what they sell should have a 'Sarah ' she made it a really enjoyable experience and was very professional .Thankyou Sarah and DFS.As another point the other staff were also very pleasent that I came across while browsing and it was a very happy friendly atmosphere ,I wasn't spending a great deal but was treated like a VIP

Good quality goods from household to toys.Delivery quick.packed well just hate paying for delivery lol .Would use again

This is the only company I use to send flowers now . This is the 5th time I've used them ,flowers are Abundant , colourful ,fresh ,cheap , arrive on time and are in excellent condition and are long lasting 😊

I can't tell you how happy I am with their service . I purchased 2 items at seperate times both arrived quickly .one was faulty and expensive but they didn't argue and replacement was sent super quick which was great The other item - a garden Rose for a friend ,well they got the name on the front totally wrong which really spoilt the surprise and was very disappointing and ruined the whole thing but apart from refunding postage they kind of didn't take responsibility for it saying it was different department or something and it was majorly important ,they'd actually addressed it to ME at THEIR address and they weren't supposed to KNOW it was from ME at ALL ! I'm still irritated but their service on the first item couldn't be faulted

Cheap fuel have both gas and electric.No issues with the company .even got winter bonus this year after missing out last year even though I was entitled the year before but life happens ! No issues with topping up .Really cheap .pleased ,one happy consumer 😊

I had the pleasure to meet a heating engineer named Liam ,he was a total credit to SWALE and hope they acknowledge the good he OBVIOUSLY does their company. Liam was Well within time ,polite , friendly ,happy ,loves life , a respectful guy ,went about his job effeciently and with a smile ,he loves people and his work ,can't speak highly enough about him and therefore the company ,were the world full of 'Liams' we'd be so much better off .Well Done Swale on employing this great gentleman

My parcel arrived BEFORE due date deliberated friendly and polite and item arrived in excellent condition ,only complaint is yesterday I wasn't able to track item at ALL ,THIS MORNING I had email to say it was on the way and link to track it, could have done with this information yesterday,as was only in by luck today and it was a BIG item ,but over ALL am very pleased wiv yodel and would use them myself unlike another d livery can't who lose parcels ,can't find addresses ,and are happy to deposit your parcel ANYWHERE ! SO WELL DONE YODEL

After my poor laptop taking a tumble ,I took it back to p.c. World who were friendly and helpful assuring ne my laptop would be in good hands and from the morning Knowhow received it ,rang me to tell me and over 2 or 3 days to keep me informed of its progress and when he had to change something or do something the guy rang me to let me know or to discuss it with me .Knowhow were friendly ,helpful ,professional ,and talked to me in plain English about my laptop appreciating I was only a little bit computer literate 😉 I took it in late on a Saturday afternoon and had a call on the following Saturday saying it was back in the store ready for my collection also a text message to .Cant speak highly enough about them .Thankyou Knowhow you made it easy for me ,Chris Luck x
