Martins refurbished my watch bracelet very well- he exceeded my expectations by far. In the process he delivered excellent service at a very reasonable price.
I have no hesitation recommending - he is excellent at what he does and he does it very quickly too. He is also a very good communicator and keeps you in the picture on whats going on- I couldn't have asked for more.
Its very unusual to find this level of craftsmanship and service delivered at a very competitive price these days!

I found Gordon Of Horologica on line- I have an old carriage clock where the hands were sticking and it didn't keep good time.It hadn't been serviced for over 30 years. I emailed Gordon and he came across as an expert from the outset. I sent him the clock, he gave me a detailed overview on what needed doing to it, and that was it - it was an excellent experience and the clock came back fully serviced at a very reasonable cost. I am well impressed and have no hesitation in recommending Horologica. Service and experience like this is hard to come by these days!

We have been with SJP for over 11 years and during that time our investments have performed beyond our expectations- we are very happy with performance, excellent advice and reasonable charges.
The independent financial advice we have received in this time has been top notch and we are very fortunate to have a very helpful and knowledgeable advisor. I find it difficult to believe some of the reviews on this website as for over 11+ years SJP (through their appointed advisor) have served us very well, and have provided us with excellent service and returns. We don't object to paying fees as the returns have always been very good.

I am very impressed with Avro- have been dealing with this company since June 2020.
The billing is seamless and I cannot find a supplier that is cheaper!
For what they charge its an excellent service, long may it continue.

Ordering tyres is a seamless process- they are always very competitively priced, and I buy all my tyres from Asda.
There are no surprises or extras, you just order them online, choose the place to get them fitted, you get a choice of date and timeslot- and then you pay. Then go and get them fitted.
Couldn't be simpler, and you don't get ripped off- wonderful service!

Not worth one star-they have a communication system in place where they can contact you but its virtually impossible to communicate to them. I have a dispute with them which is totally unresolved and this has been passed to the ombudsman to investigate.
You can waste hours trying to contact this organisation by phone, by chat mail and even if you write letters it makes no difference.
For customer communication and service I award them NIL- absolute rubbish organisation to deal with.

Judging from the reply from Reece at Three they urgently need to 'mystery shop' themselves, and analyse the results carefully with a view to make drastic improvements- they appear to have their heads very much in the sand! The staff who work for them are clearly not up to speed with what is going on within this organisation- they are clearly deluded!
As I gave the number I was referring to on the original review, I completely cannot believe they find it strange- look at your customer records and you will see what I am complaining about.
50% of the reviews left for this company are poor or bad- Come on -WAKE UP!!

Visited the East Grinstead branch and purchased a couple of items expecting to pay about £8- when I got to the checkout the bill came to £28! Sales assistant laughed it off as pricing wrong on the shelves, and advised its always happening.
Very underhand organisation- and I would never shop there again.

Very helpful team of people who service Jaguar and Land Rover cars.
They excel at their role, and are excellent at delivering customer service- a real pleasure to deal with a great team of people.

I bought a pair of sandals and they developed a fault.
I returned them to Office in Croydon and they were exchanged with no hassle.

Excellent organisation to highlight the best and the worst in the service and sales industry.
Ought to be backed by UK Trading Standards as the recognised platform for customer experiences both good and bad.

Keep up the good work- more people should know about you, and its an invaluable tool to indicate to other prospective customers whether they are dealing with reputable companies or cowboys.

As a previous customer who still has unresolved issues with Bosch I would urge any customer who receives private messages from Bosch to copy and paste onto Trustpilot- that way we can all see what they do (or don't do) to resolve customer complaint. With 85% of customers awarding one star there is clearly much wrong with this organisation in the way it resolves problems and managing the general apalling product quality it offers.

We switched to Avro purely because of very competitive pricing- an excellent deal, and handled the switch 100% with no intervention from me.
They were very quick to respond to my emails and answered my queries fully.
I couldn't read my smart meters and they advised me how to- I have found them very helpful- so at this moment I am very happy- very good customer service and competitive pricing- well worth 5 stars and highly recommended!
