An excellent customer experience.....

We found the customer service excellent, and the two items we purchased were exactly what we needed. We were given 20% discount on our first order and the order was delivered quickly by DPD.
No problems here, and we will use this company again.

Purchased a built in Bosch oven four years…

Purchased a built in oven four years ago- my wife cut her wrist using it on the sharp edges on the door - inferior quality. Bosch tried to resolve the issue by sending another door which was finished even worse than the original door! They didn't send another as I rejected the door they sent.
Issue still unresolved as Bosch are unable to provide a solution.
The 'fast heat button' has now given up, and so have I.
I have no doubt that what I purchased is complete rubbish and so is the customer service, which is dealt with by very condescending individuals.
Writing to the managing directors office makes no difference whatsoever- he appears to condone the bad customer service as he doesn't acknowledge communication from customers.
NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Ordered two valance sheets

Ordered two valance sheets, they arrived - but were not what we ordered. Returned them, and it took three phone calls and a few emails to obtain a refund. Refund was given when I started talking about Oldham Trading Standards.
A long drawn out process and a complete waste of time.It took over a month to secure a refund.
Needless to say will not be using this company ever again.

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish! It was an experience we wouldn't want to go through again. Unprofessional advice, unprofessional commissioning and unprofessional after sales.
When the after sales team recognised our telephone number it was purposely cut off, when we rang a number they didn't recognise, they answered it and then fobbed us off.
Never again!

For Customer Sevice-Simply the Best!

I have always been very comfortable dealing with Richer Sounds.
Extremely competitive pricing, an excellent range of goods and staff that not only know what they are talking about, they value customers.
In this respect both the company and all the staff exceed my expectations by far, not just this time but every time.
Trust me, this is a rare commodity these days and very much appreciated!
You may have heard of the saying -You've tried the rest, now try the best!-Its certainly true when dealing with this organisation.
