What a great experience!

What a great experience! Special mention for Luke who was ace! The price achieved was very strong, the buyer they put me in touch with was top notch. The delivery agent came along at the time promised, inspected the vehicle and the money was in my account before he could finish his milk-shake. I'd have given six stars if it were possible. Thank you

Sarah at Widnes is Fantastic 10/5/22

We wanted some advice regarding inflatable balloons and Sarah could not have been more helpful. We were ever so grateful for the time she spent with us and even tried to give her a couple of bob for a drink after work but she refused and said that it was her job and she'd enjoyed helping us. What every shop needs is more Sarah's. Thank you!

Wizzle are the Best!

Just a quick review to thank Wizzle and Danny for what can only be described as an incredible service.

I decided to sell my car at 11.30pm whilst in the bath. A few clicks later on the iPad and it was listed for sale with an asking price which I have to admit I doubted I’d achieve. By breakfast the next morning and after four offers my target price was met.

The dealer that Wizzle put me in touch with couldn’t have been better. A genuine delight. No haggling, just a complete professional and courteous experience. The Dealers' driver just turned up exactly as they said they would and made sure I’d described the car accurately and the money was straight in the bank. As someone who changes cars every six to nine months I have to say that I mainly sell to the trade because they make the process so straightforward and unlike many members of the public they don’t enter into more bargaining on the doorstep after a deal has already been negotiated.

And the icing on the cake was that it didn’t cost me a penny to sell. Great job. I'd recommend Wizzle to everyone. Best regards Steve

Cheapest fixed last year becomes cheapest fixed this year!

It’s seldom that you can say that a current providers treat loyalty fairly. Just look at the major high street names that rip off those not able to check when it comes time for renewal! I’m pleased to say Avro has proved an exception to this almost standardised bottom feeding. In plenty of time they contacted me to tell me of the changes that were about to befall me, which gave me time to calmly check the market and plump for the product that best met my requirements. The fact that it was Avro again was nice, so I’ll be staying another year at least. Thank you.

Made my first order with Caffe Luxe…

Made my first order with Caffe Luxe Direct in September after trialing them on Amazon. They welcomed me as a new customer and offered ten pounds off my next order (with no closing date for the offer) Re ordered five weeks later and the voucher is not known.

Emailed through the site direct and got no answer. Emailed them on their advertised link and no response. Rang them and their call centre made excuses about the website being down (It still took my money for a new order though) and that I should re email attaching the offer email, which I did and it bounced back as a faulty email account. Rang again and told to use another email but for a tenner it's not worth the hassle.

The hot chocolate drink is good and accounts for all three stars but was very disappointed with the company, their communication and a call centre who cannot do anything to help because in reality they aren't anything to do with Caffe Luxe. Will try elsewhere in the future.

Sold within an hour and a half

I use the Auto Trader all the time because it's website is user friendly and fairly priced. I can't ever remember placing an advert that didn't sell. The key is to show the best of your car and be sensible with the asking price. This time the car sold within an hour and a half and I had five other offers.

Utterly dreadful Service bordering on the criminal

My sons phone was stolen, together with his girlfriends from their home. After making some enquiries he traced the thief and spotted the phone in CEX window display in Widnes. He told the staff what had happened and pointed out the phone in the window. The staff member told him that the IMEI number was required to prove it was his, despite him telling them when it was stolen (only three days earlier), the persons name and address who stole it but they refused to do anything. Anything other than sell it the very next day that is. We were told that the only thing they could do was to block the phone but after a month the alleged purchaser who bought it for £235.00 still hasn't returned the item and so it appears it must be being used abroad or for parts. How very convenient! What makes it even worse is that the "WeCare" team (sorry for laughing but that terms creases me up) now tell me six weeks later that my son didn't tell the Manager what he says he did but merely pointed to a phone and said that's my phone. The Manager said that it couldn't have been his phone because they had had the one pointed out for weeks. If my son had only said what the store staff had said they wouldn't have known that it was only stolen 3 days earlier. I'm afraid they have blatantly lied because the following day after they sold the phone I went into the store, spoke to the Manager and he confirmed that the reason they did nothing was because "WE NEED THE IMEI NUMBER" to prove it's his. If you ask me to guess what's happened I'd have to say that the store member has acted illegally in selling something that they knew was or was likely to be stolen. I've no intention of going quietly on this one so, the BBC, the local papers and trading standards are on my shopping list before taking them to the small claims court.
