Made my first order with Caffe Luxe…
Made my first order with Caffe Luxe Direct in September after trialing them on Amazon. They welcomed me as a new customer and offered ten pounds off my next order (with no closing date for the offer) Re ordered five weeks later and the voucher is not known.
Emailed through the site direct and got no answer. Emailed them on their advertised link and no response. Rang them and their call centre made excuses about the website being down (It still took my money for a new order though) and that I should re email attaching the offer email, which I did and it bounced back as a faulty email account. Rang again and told to use another email but for a tenner it's not worth the hassle.
The hot chocolate drink is good and accounts for all three stars but was very disappointed with the company, their communication and a call centre who cannot do anything to help because in reality they aren't anything to do with Caffe Luxe. Will try elsewhere in the future.
