I placed an order on July 7 and I still haven't received the package. I tried to contact them several times, and they sent me a tracking number, which the courier says still waiting for the parcel, but now they don't answer anymore. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, use at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not received my order
I placed an order 12 days ago, chased them 6 days ago and no response. Chased again today and no response, Message received from PayPal refund processed.

Have not received my order over 14 days late order has been sat at couriers depot for 13 days according to tracking caffeluxe do not respond to emails and the only contact number is for South Africa 3 weeks now and they seldom reply to emails joke of a company

Have been using this company for sometime now. My husband loves the caramel latte and I like capcaccino. Good value for money.

Decent quality own brand pods for the price, good variety and very rarely malfunction.

I have used this company a few times now .Great delivery and coffee .hot chocolate is lovely .just wish they had more roasted coffee not just the Starbucks

lack of communication was upsetting as recieved not all of my order although the rest followed months later a note to say this was going to be the case would've been nice , that said would use the company again.
