Admin errors

Took out policies for myself and husband
one document missing when policy received. Phoned
and missing paper received but also received policy papers for a gentleman unknown to us.
Phoned and rectified. Advised company was aware of some problems in mailing.
Seems to be room for improvement in admin.

Roman Blinds

Ordered 3 substantial Roman blinds.
Received within 7 days. Really delighted with the end result. Competetive price but no compromise on quality.
Excellent communication.
Good experience. Recommend this professional business..Small problem caused by delivery firm damaging box but fitter resolved.

Impossible to contact

As with other reviewers..they do not deserve 1 star.
Parcel collected Monday 2 December being sent to Glasgow.
Last tracking..over a week ago states it is with courier for delivery.
Telephone calls not possible "technical difficulties"
Email contact on Internet..response is the site is no longer being used
Email to Chief Exec returned by Google not delivered.
Live chat confirmed tracking I already had but no explanation.
Requests for further info ignored etc etc
Goods sent insured for £180..cannot get any info how I claim
as no way to speak to them in any way

Disappointed..

Delivered promptly and initially impressed with performance of both handheld and upright units.BUT neck of upright where it joins the main unit did not feel secure from outset and proved difficult to release the handle in order to hoover.After owning it for 3 weeks now unable to use it as it is locked upright and awaiting a replacement part which is out of stock, having contacted customer service.Diagnosis of fault by telephone and running out of parts suggests this is a common fault and will have to fit replacement part myself.
Remains to be seen if replacement part when received sorts this out.

Competetive pricing and quality fitting

Bought our "upside down " house (bedrooms groundfloor, lounge,kitchen/diner upstairs), early summer this year. We have 17 windows in total and decided to have top floor replaced first,(August)which gave us the option to go elsewhere for the groundfloor at a later date if not satisfied Suffice to say the second stage was also completed by Safestyle in December and we also included a replacement door. Didn't seek alternative quote for the second stage as the pricing was consistently competitive and the standard of fitting really high.The house is already warmer and we are delighted at the overall impact the replacements have made.Happy to recommend Safestyle.
