Don't do it

I have put a review on before but I wanted to update on my progress.
I've tried everything to get there attention regarding my faulty drone £147.00 I've even read thier return policy etc and they don't honor none of them.
There policy is to totally ignore you and take your money, my next step is small claims court.
Please before you think I will buy that tech item for Christmas DON'T

Terrible Customer Service /Rip Off

Purchased a £150 drone and when it came it was faulty, after loads of videos wanted by GT they decided to replace, 6 weeks later still not here, have tracking number Yodel have said no parcel, now I have asked for refund and there best way to deal with a customer is to Ignore Them and never reply to emails or calls.

Felt relaxed

Felt relaxed, listened too, good health advice. Had Bupa MOT worth every penny ,that highlighted a heart mummer, got sent to cardiology having 5 test on heart.
Fantastic hospital service.

Adexa, Don’t touch with a barge pole

Purchased a push button coffee machine for a coffee shack near my restaurant in March 25 because under offer, didn’t use until 3 weeks ago to find out the Adexa coffee machine BTB-102 is very poor quality considering the £1100 price tag, after using for 3 weeks on Saturday and Sunday only the milk frothier no longer works the built in coffee grinder jammed.
Ask for a return and refund was told to get a professional engineer at a cost to me £350 just to look at it. Explained the machine if faulty and want a refund Adexa refused and now ignore all my emails.
This is a very very poor catering company and I will never buy from them again, I just want everyone else in the hospitality industry to avoid this company because it’s a hard enough industry without getting RIPPED OFF by a rubbish catering suppler.

Customer service terrible

Customer service terrible, spent hours trying to speak to someone and still no answer.
The one person I did speak to about booking a sea plane transfer ( advised as travel expert) couldn’t do it transferred me to customer service who just don’t answer

Not Very Helpful

To be honest the engineer was not very helpful, I have a American fridge with dents appearing in the doors his assessment was cosmetic damage I must of done it and D&G will not cover it?
I paid £13,000 for a new kitchen to be built round the new fridge, and the doors touch nothing. The engineer implied I must of done it, I am not a child and nor would I abuse something I had paid so much for.

Fantastic product

Fantastic product, my 10 year old dog started to have problems getting up small steps etc I put him on yuMove WOW what a different dog more like a 5 year old.
Would recommend all day long.
