I normally do not write reviews but in this case, I will. I ordered diamond dot painting art and a few other items. Everything came as shipped. There was no damage and everything I ordered was shipped. I see many mixed reviews and several 5-star vs 1-star which appear near equal in ratings. I completed two diamond art pictures, and they look genuinely nice on my wall. The kit included a total of ten of these small pictures and when clustered, looked great. I have no qualms about the company. Everything is very affordable and shipping was fast.

They have been around a very long time. They provide excellent service and very personable. Support listens to you with extra help when you need it. I have been a member for over 12 years.

For one thing, Tello has been absolutely great, not only for services but so very affordable. I have never had a problem with their services. Just, plain excellent.

I purchased the Razer ornata V3x keyboard at a local department store and at first I plugged it in to my desktop and it was working, well. Then, I decided to use it on my laptop and the keyboard wouldn't light. I installed the app or program and no matter what I did, there were no lighting of the keyboard and I tried logging in, when I did log in, I was told that it did not accept my password. So, I changed it and when I did, I got different name than mine. Something is astray here. How could that be when my email should have had my name on it. I tried again and the same thing occurred. I tried to contact the company and there were no chat or even a telephone number. The only thing that was shown was a forum and I couldn't even enter it. Everything was so confusing on their website. I also have Avast antivirus and spyware detector. Every time, I tried accessing razer, it was blocked by Avast. That is telling me something that is strange with razer. Afterward, Avast told me not to worry as I was covered. I looked up the reviews of the company and majority of users gave it a one or two rating. I did not realize that supposedly a good keyboard that is used for gaming would have a rating like this.
I replaced the keyboard with another one I have and now, I don't have to worry about it, anymore. I wish to add the following:

I received a reply from the Razer which at least tells me that they were sorry to hear I was having the above situation. I raised my rating from 1 to 3 for that. I thought that was fair for me to do so.

How can a company go from good to poor?

I have used this company before. Never had problems with it and the software worked quite well. It had more features than many others. I got a notification that my drivers needed upgrading and decided to go to PC Cleaner to get the driver software. I had a question to ask support and chatted with them. At first, I was connected and asked my question, then transferred to another support person. I was asked if they would like them to do the full installation and license it. Since I trusted them previously, I thought while I was on the chat, to do it. They did take control but they asked me to delete anything on the desktop that could be sensitive, which I did. There was quite a delay when the remote window finally appeared. More delay and then a window appeared which showed that my computer was down to 10% from 100% of performance and I did see the drop. They asked me for them to repair it. I asked them if there is a cost to do it. Oh yes, there was and it was an unreal amount of six months of guaranteed service or a special for a year service. I told them NO but they kept at it for a time. I immediately cut them off and rebooted my computer. Strange things started to happen. I was receiving flags from them and found that my computer started to act strangely. Web pages were flipping back and forth and immediately tried to uninstall pc cleaner and a flag popped up that if I did, all my files would be encrypted and not be able to retrieve them. I never heard such a thing. I also tried with another uninstaller and the same message came up and I did uninstall the program. I was checking my files most all of my pictures and many documents were deleted. I also checked the cloud and much of my data is gone. My question is, how can a legit company that has been around for so many years, have done this? Does corporate even know this is happening? I know it is a long story but I had to tell it. I know that from now on, I will do everything, myself.

This is one powerful application. It is good to know that I have total protection. I just want to add that the panel is laid out very nicely and performs very well. It is good to know that there are good apps out there for protection. Yours is one of the best.

I am not sure if I gave a review, previously but I will write one, now. In my opinion, Guardio is the best warning system that lets you know if you are going to a unsafe site. They will block it and you will find out the reason why. You have to make the final decision whether to proceed or not to the site you want to go to. They also offer very good customer support and they are very responsive, answering your emails. I recommend them highly and they have protected me from going to websites that can be dangerous.

Can't get any better because this PC driver is great. I couldn't believe how many drivers are on my computer. I didn't think that there were that many. Maybe, it costs a little more but you really need these driver upgrades.

I have a Toshiba Satellite and have a tool to search for drivers and updates. The problem is that it doesn't always tell you if there are updates or not. Of course you can access their support center and there is a listing of all the drivers that are used. But from that humongous list, you don't know which drivers to install. When I came across SlimDrivers which is free, absolutely FREE! All other driver tools you get a free scan and tells you what drivers are needed. Of course, in order to fix it, it costs about $30 I downloaded SlimDriver, made a scan and picked up 14 drivers and updates and fixed it. I recommend this to everyone, no matter what computer you have.
