From start to install great company to deal with, Lewis on quoting and processing to Phil who installed on the day who was a top bloke, couldn’t have been better, quick, tidy and cleaned everything up afterwards and nothing was an issue for any questions to be answered. Very neat and tidy install, can’t recommend highly enough

BEWARE - DO NOT BUY! ordered candle bouquet and chocolates.....terrible.... items nothing like the photograph, all miniatures, tiny box chocolates, tiny candle and normal 3 pack ferrero rochet! arrived 3 days late after the birthday and no customer service whatsoever, no contact, email no response, no telephone response just a fake american answer machine and they dont exist at the address on the website. HORRENDOUS, NO CONTACT OR AFTER SALES AT ALL - DO NOT BUY

Firstly waited as everyone for a parasol to be delivered which eventually arrived as per updates, on arrival some items were missing and that is where the personal touch kicked in which made me realise just how much Whitestores owners genuinely care about there customers and restored my faith back in customer services. I have previously bought numerous products with no issues so have never need any help but all I can say is that when Tom the MD found out about a problem I had with some missing items he went above and to firstly to contact me within minutes of finding out but to express how unhappy he was with the items being missing(a transportation issue and not Whitestores) but secondly to make sure it was dealt with immediately and to make sure it was to our complete satisfaction, within 24 hrs the items were with us and parasol was up and being used! I can not speak highly enough of the customer service and personal touch and care for customer opinions from Tom and his company, amazing service and looking forward to the pergola arriving next and ordering the corner couch in a few weeks time, thanks so much for the time taken to speak to your customers. 100% recommend this company. Tom, can’t thank you enough.

Really quick delivery given the covid circumstances

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE UK WEBSITE.Ordered from uk site and still sent from Australia. Taken nearly 4 weeks and items still not arrived although now in the UK and just found out that my £100 purchase has to have a £45 customs bill paying before it can be released to be be sent! Bought in Nov so arrived well in advance for christmas and still not here, £100 so called bargain is now a £140 rip off, even paid £5.99 for express delivery 3-4(business)days!!! what a laugh as it has taken nearly 17 business days so far and still not here! Customer service only via Email or social media and no response or update! not even worth thinking about sending back for exchange or return if it doesnt fit! Honestly AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. buy from genuine reputable company with good reviews

We have been buying furniture from abitare for over 10 years and would not go anywhere else. Absolutely brilliant for quality furniture at the right price. We recently purchased another corner sofa and can not praise the customer service enough from Mary and the staff throughout, absolutely second to none and well and truly above and beyond.
