Follow up call from 1st November, 1st November call was regards the engineer calling out with the wrong parts, called D&G on 1st November and reported the problem to one of their advisors, who stated this was far below the standards, the machine has be out of order since 10th October. Advisor stated I would receive a call within 24 to 48 hours, no call was received. Contacted D&G on 4th Nov talked with an advisor and after checking details informed me the machine would be written off, seent me a link confirming this add passed me over to anothe advisor, that;s when things went down the tube, I explained to the advisor, but unfortunately was a waste of time as she mentioned I would have to wait for an engineer to call out and was extremely unhelpful, she the passed me on to someone called Mile, who was even more unhelpful, stating  that an engineer had been arranged to call out , and the previous advisor had no right to write the machine off, as it would require an engineer to do that. Unfortunately Mile would not listen, kept on saying you have not answered my question as to which machine I wanted repaired,looks as if Mile had the wrong information and thought I had two washing machines, asked him if he had the engineers reports from the 16th Oct and 1st Nov, never responded to this asked again what machine I wanted repaired and after asking a few questions hung up, probably unable to think away from his script. Overall a nightmare experience from D&G, since 10th Oct.
