Far to expensive

Read a few reviews which would appear it's saved some people money on their car insurance, unfortunately can't say the same, never had an accident in years, clean driving licence quoted me nearly a thousand pounds, more than twice my present renewal, like to know why, or are the reviews a con.

Both Third rate companies.

Poor job, got this arranged through sopp and sopp, guy turned up, done a poor finish, missed other damage caused in the accident, now have problems with Rapid Repair and Sopp and Sopp, warning avoid both companies if you want a satisfactory repair.

Third Party, Third Rate company

Bad experience from this company, vehicle was damaged by Tesco van, repairs carried out by roadside repairer, recommended by sop and sopp, repairs are substandard, but sopp and sopp will not assist to rectify the problem. Would warn anyone not to deal with this company or Rapid Repairs.
Further to my comments about sopp and sopp, I replied to the email address with the reason I gave a negative review, never received an answer, shows the customer service levels of this company, would repeat my initial comment, do not have any direct dealings with this company, get a proper estimate for any damage and deal through your insurance company, otherwise you'll be left high and dry with a vehicle subjected to bad repair and sopp and sopp won't have anything to do with it. Also it appears they consider the Tesco van driver an expert in assessing the damage at 9 on a dark night.

Night Driving

Bought another set of clip on's from this company for night driving, really good product reduces the headlight glare from on coming vehicles, the fact there clips on's is even better, just leave them in the car and fit them onto my normal glasses when it stars to get dark, great benefit on busy single carriageways.

Washer Dryer

Follow up call from 1st November, 1st November call was regards the engineer calling out with the wrong parts, called D&G on 1st November and reported the problem to one of their advisors, who stated this was far below the standards, the machine has be out of order since 10th October. Advisor stated I would receive a call within 24 to 48 hours, no call was received. Contacted D&G on 4th Nov talked with an advisor and after checking details informed me the machine would be written off, seent me a link confirming this add passed me over to anothe advisor, that;s when things went down the tube, I explained to the advisor, but unfortunately was a waste of time as she mentioned I would have to wait for an engineer to call out and was extremely unhelpful, she the passed me on to someone called Mile, who was even more unhelpful, stating that an engineer had been arranged to call out , and the previous advisor had no right to write the machine off, as it would require an engineer to do that. Unfortunately Mile would not listen, kept on saying you have not answered my question as to which machine I wanted repaired,looks as if Mile had the wrong information and thought I had two washing machines, asked him if he had the engineers reports from the 16th Oct and 1st Nov, never responded to this asked again what machine I wanted repaired and after asking a few questions hung up, probably unable to think away from his script. Overall a nightmare experience from D&G, since 10th Oct.

Pathetica Service

Received a reply from Customer Services about the level of service received, was given a link to contact a Karen Pallister, who replied, she was concerned about the level of service, Karen is the Training and recruitment manager, so don't know where she fits in, but set me a link for another two people to contact to resolve the problem, emailed Morgan Greenwood, who asked me to confirm my details , which I did, don't know why he couldn't have obtained them from Karen, but give the level of service, I'm not surprised, but Morgan hasn't contacted me. Further to this I've received two texts from Pathetica informing me and unknown to me, that an engineer will arrive on the 14 and the 15 of Novemeber, meaning the machine has been out of order since 10th October. Not exactly a quality service. Noticed there are some good reviews, but obviously, when the get it wrong it really goes pear shaped and obviously don't know how to correct it.

Engineer called out to inspect washing…

Engineer called out to inspect washing machine, required new drum, said it would be between 5 and 10 days for repair, tried calling Pathetica after 6 days, wasted 3 hours, repair date arranged by Domestic and General, engineer arrives with incorrect parts, no repair made, no back to the waiting again. Worst service out there.

Parcel Disappeared f

Parcel returned to drop off, but apparently, dozens of parcel went missing, trying to contact evri about , is the usual nightmare, might have changed their name, but still a useless company, whose only means of communication is utterly crap, customer services is probably one of the worst on the go.

Booked a holiday to lanzarote, took out insurance with them on the website, jet2rock insurance, whatever you do, do not deal with this company, unless you want to spend hours on the phone trying to get through to them to cancel, been on for over 3 hours and still not got through, be advised, do not deal with this company..worst ever

Not Rock Solid

Booked insurance with this company after buying a Jet2 holiday, unfortunately did not meet our requirements, tried to cancel but impossible to get through, usual reply, all our operators are busy dealing with other customers..must have spent over 2 hours on the phone, but can't get through, worst company out there, do not buy.

Ideal Clip ons

Having to wear glasses, these clip ons are ideal for out and about, saves me having to take another pair of sunglasses, also a lot cheaper, and easier to stick in your pocket. Purchased another pair which I leave in the car. Highly delighted with these products and would recommend.
