Awful customer service regarding failed deliveries. Agent did not follow through with email and arranging manager call back. Spent 2 hours on the phone over 3 working days to try and get resolution. Was advised goods would be reshipped but then advised after 3 days that they would not be reshipped and only a refund available.

Paid for goods, not delivered, not reshipped, no manager call back.

I would expect better from Costco.

Called AJ Bell, was connected very quickly. Spoke to a very helpful person who answered my initial questions and provided additional information. She then passed me to Customer Services to answer a query that she could not help with. Customer Service picked up the call very quickly and again very helpful information given to enable me to make my decision. Very happy and so rare these days to have such swift and excellent service.

I’ve been an Airbnb Superhost and guest for 7 years. The service and support has deteriorated over this time. As a guest the customer support I have received recently is totally appalling. They don’t care. I think we are being managed by bots and ai based upon the responses I receive. I’ll be moving my hosting business elsewhere as I don’t wish to fund such a shabby organisation. Shame as it used to be great.

The issue i have is that there are an unbelievable number of options to work through and several layers of these, of which none fitted my need and so ended up after 4 minutes pressing a random set of numbers, but delighted that Marie could resolve my problem. Request would be to simply the push button options which are not needed!

Parcel out for delivery on 3 consecutive days, failed first 2 days, late on the third day, customer service not helpful. No call from driver, tracker didnt work. would avoid DHL

Ordered goods on line 2 weeks before Christmas for presents. No confirmation of order received. Despite numerous attempts via email and phone messages - they never pick up the phone and don't return calls I finally received an email advising if goods did not arrive in time they would refund and raise case with Royal Mail. Goods didnt arrive. Their website is now suspended as they are moving premises. No response to email after 4 days and no one answering any of the options on their phone line. Trading Standards is my next stop. Really disappointing.

I have had the same experience buying CBD gummies clicked the buy 1 get 2 free and ended up being charged £198. I called immediately and was told I couldnt cancel but could reduce the order to 1 bottle and then have to pay to return them. I have contacted them to complain via email but no response. I've contacted them just now via chat and they claim the reviews on Trust pilot do not relate to their company and they have no such offer that I am describing and asked me to prove the website to them. They have called me a liar. I will advise trading standards.

I noticed a huge difference after 2 weeks of my 4 week 'tailored' vitamin pack, a Christmas present from my daughter. I believe the quality is excellent. Packaging is good, support and advice is all there. Fairly priced and very responsive team. Treat someone or yourself!

I contacted Shannon at Yodel to rearrange the delivery of a parcel to our neighbour. Shannon was very quick and responsive, confirming that the request had been sent to the driver. Excellent communication!

I ordered my daughter a month's worth of contact lenses from contactactlenses.co.uk they arrived the next day, which is unusual given we live in rural Scotland. The lenses suit her and much cheaper than other brands.
