Great service.

I ordered a remnant on Sunday, chose Thursday for delivery and it was here on the day. Brilliant price for a fantastic, great quality carpet and speedy delivery.

I had looked elsewhere before I found this website and almost bought an inferior carpet for the same price, with delivery costing twice as much and a two week wait for it to arrive.

I’m very happy to have found this company and they will be the first place I look next time.

And the room looks fabulous!

This is a scam company. They take your phone then call to say it is broken, in my case saying there is no network or wifi connectivity which is a complete lie.

Their 'solution' is to ask if they can open it up. I said worked fine before it was sent, so they've broken it and their response is "We have CCTV", like that proves anything. I asked for the CCTV and they say they can't share it due to GDPR, they just keep lying.

I've asked for it back and it's now being held hostage as they will not send me an invoice for the £10 ransom fee and will not confirm in writing what the apparent fault is with the phone. Instead they send you bank details demanding a bank transfer.

They're in a no win situation now, I'm going to the small claims court if the phone is returned broken, if it comes back working it proves the scam. I can prove the phone had no connectivity problems before it was sent because it was used to make phone calls then switched off until they switched it back on.

Sent faulty goods then charged me to return them. Is this even legal?

I’m studying ACCA and found that Richard explains things in such a straightforward way compared to other course providers.

I’ve been studying with BPP because I was told it was the best but used Acowtancy for a resit and passed. Stupidly went back to BPP for the next unit, then bought the same unit from Acowtancy so I could cut out all the gumph!

Sticking with Acowtancy now, it makes sense.

Ordered on a bank holiday weekend and the machine arrived on the Friday. The treadmill is great, I’m well chuffed and now walking while I work everyday. It was also the cheapest I could find. Great service, thank you.

I can't rate these guys enough! Something went wrong with my boiler so I called Alpha at 9am and an engineer was here at 11am. It wasn't an urgent/emergency issue, they were just fast.

Nathan the engineer was great, he was professional, friendly and efficient. He changed a part to fix the boiler and was gone within half an hour.

Fantastic straightforward and efficient service from the initial call till Nathan left.

Everything was great, order placed easily, delivered within a couple of weeks, great furniture at a great price. Unfortunately one of the chairs did not have the fixings so I emailed asking for done to be sent out but have had no reply and I haven't received the missing pieces. I will now have to chase up with phone calls which is not very convenient as by the time I get a chance to make the call it's always too late and the customer service team are closed!

I bought a washer dryer from ao.com because Which.co.uk listed them as the best price. I did a subsequent search for a better price but didn't peruse it too much as ao.com we're offering free next day delivery on a Sunday which was a no-brainier for me as I needed it fast and also work full time during the week.

I paid for them to take my old machine away but not to install as I can do that myself. Even so, they took the new machine out of the box before bringing it in the house and placing it, ready to be installed, in front if itss space. I've never had that before, usually it's dumped in the kitchen in the box and getting it out of the box on my own has always been a job in itself for me as I'm not the strongest woman in the world! Also, getting rid of the packaging is another job I was happy do do without!

I would absolutely recommend this company, I am buying a new fridge freezer next month and will definitely be ordering that from ao.com. Very straightforward and I can't fault them for anything... exactly what we all need!
