This is a scam company. They take your phone then call to say it is broken, in my case saying there is no network or wifi connectivity which is a complete lie.

Their 'solution' is to ask if they can open it up. I said worked fine before it was sent, so they've broken it and their response is "We have CCTV", like that proves anything. I asked for the CCTV and they say they can't share it due to GDPR, they just keep lying.

I've asked for it back and it's now being held hostage as they will not send me an invoice for the £10 ransom fee and will not confirm in writing what the apparent fault is with the phone. Instead they send you bank details demanding a bank transfer.

They're in a no win situation now, I'm going to the small claims court if the phone is returned broken, if it comes back working it proves the scam. I can prove the phone had no connectivity problems before it was sent because it was used to make phone calls then switched off until they switched it back on.
