Highlighted on a few occasions now the price being displayed is different to when you click into the link. This was for a Trivago own offer too, £4 difference at checkout. Not the first time, customer service response inadequate.

Absolutely dreadful customer service, pass you from team to team, do not deal with the issues effectively and are completely incompetent. This is the thanks you get for running an account so carefully. Clowns!

5*+ experience. Ordered and use a wrong payment route, asked to cancel. Weekend reply that sorted it then reordered.

Product much cheaper than Puma, standard delivery was here on 2nd working day. Great product and service, highly recommended.

Used this company twice now in Faro, reliable, smooth and slick service but above all safe.

Told me information at the time of the booking which was false, tried to make a formal complaint, absolutely stonewalled. Its not how you judge a company when they are delivering, its what they do when there has been a clear and obvious failing on their behalf. Could not have given a further damn if they tried!

I'm not sure where this company is based but their customer service is horrificly bad so please be mindful when using for big matches like the euros they will take your money then have so little regard for delivering. On the basis I paid weeks ago and still no tickets I would avoid. Friends are using rival companies and had no such issues. The actual responses provided to me are amongst the worst composition of an email I've ever seen.

I paid for the top package and it was worth every penny. I know its not cheap but you are effectively unlocking secrets of your DNA and body's ability to become better. Your health has infinite value.

From start to finish Body Fabulous made this an incredibly easy process and the icing on the cake was my meeting with Tania who gave me such a brilliant insight into why certain aspects of me don't function all that well at times. Such a brilliant meeting.

This is an absolute gem of a shop with staff who are helpful, knowledgeable and integral. One of my favourite shops when I'm in Liverpool.

Another one of the main companies who make it virtually impossible to speak to a person or even send a basic message in when an issue occurs. Customer Service is going backwards!

Signed up for premium, wanted to watch on the go a series I was into "Love and Death", immediately said not available in UK, ITVX would not refund the money even after contacting them direct. NB Apple use bots now to decided if subscription can be returned so they said no too. Disgraceful service ITVX

I will write a more detailed review in due course but still awaiting any progression on being hit by a truck on the 1st December. Official complaint is being ignore, lets see how they ignore the ombudsman!

Avoid!

Checked on my old emails and Ive probably used Booking.com for around 15 years but during that time, never had to make a complaint which is either through luck or good management however I've tried unsuccessfully to make a complaint and its been an absolute impossibility to get these people to recognise what a complaint is about and to manage it through with options and recommendations for a resolution, none of it my fault, instead offers of £20 refund are a disgrace. I will never use this company again.

Just a brilliant, customer focussed company. When Ive asked to make a lesser payment one month - no problem, when ive asked for a payment break - no problem, the communications that you get are brilliant and they actually care. I was dealt with my Filmon recently, I needed a payment break as I had to leave work on health grounds for a while, he was amazing, thanks Filmon

I have been banking with my current bank provider for 28 years, I got a loan from the bank in October 21 for 5 years for a small car but paid it off early in 4 months. I then tried to get another loan with my bank for an updated car and was asked for a rate that was x5 the rate of Ratesetter despite holding the maximum credit scores possible.

Brilliant service, could not recommend more!

They are flatly refusing to refund hard earned money for a Covid-cancelled trip. Absolutely horrific company to deal with, they just do not care. Please do not spend any money with them! Avoid like the plague
