We placed an order on December and it was supposed to be 4-6 days delivery time. The company falsely provided a royal mail tracking number which stayed at the same status as 'Item Dispatched by Company' for 2 weeks. When I chased them, they just apologised and kept saying it will be dispatched next few days! I don't believe they will be able to deliver and requested for refund which they haven't agreed! Very unprofessional company and I would avoid them!

Scammer! Avoid! We ordered 2x Nintendo Switch Consoles as Christmas presents on 18th November and 2x Air filters were delivered on 30th November! The customer service is only available by email or WhatsApp and both response rate is very slow and it doesn't provide any meaningful update. These guys are claiming to have sent a replacement on 6th December and provided a tracking number but the tracking status hasn't changed for a week! They sent a DPD courier to collect the wrong parcel and it has been handed back but since then they are refusing to refund my money! They are claiming my replacement parcel is with DPD courier but the tracking suggests DPD are 'yet to receive' the parcel! I have been scammed over and I hope they don't leave too many people out of their pockets before Christmas like this! **UPDATE 21/12/2023** Received my refund on 20/12/2023. However, the stress and hassle we endured during the process is much more than the refund value!
We bought our new Samsung TV in-store and the salesman Chuk was very helpful. He provided us with the necessary information and his honest opinion about different options. The selection process was made easy based on the insight provided to us. Our only complaint is to do with the installation process. We were sold with a hanging bracket but the installation team deemed it not fit for purpose, which caused delay in the installation process. However, the store manager Karthick was more than helpful reschedule the installation with proper support bracket quickly and now we have a gorgeous new TV on the wall. Overall happy with the whole process.
The logistics are very poor. We ordered a set of matching big and small plates and pasta bowls. Our order was placed under 2 separate parcels and we are still waiting for the second parcel to arrive! When we called a week ago, they apologized for not dispatching the second parcel but couldn't give any explanation as to why it wasn't dispatched at the same time! When nothing arrived for a week, we called again to find out the parcel was still not dispatched! The quality of the product is fine from what we have received so far but it's no use if we don't have the full set!

Excellent service provided by Ricky! I have now booked through Tickets to India several times online but used their customer service to make changes to our itenary this time and Ricky was excellent! He provided us with accurate change information and helped us get the best possible alternative options. If there are more guys like him working here, the company will continue to grow. Needless to say, I'll book with them again for my future India trips!
Excellent service. Good website where you can input your requirements. Well explained choices on the website as well. Delivery time was excellent too! Quality of the blind is just OK! But that's a risk of buying online. However, they do offer samples before you buy but I was in a rush to order so no complaints as such.

Recently used Habito to secure a BTL mortgage and I couldn't fault them at any stage. Very pleased with their system and the person dealing with my application was thoroughly competent. The back office support system was very efficient during the times when my agent was on holiday. I highly recommend this platform.
The sleep quality hasn't improved or nothing dramatic happened as suggested on their website! However, it is still early days. The mattress itself does not feel anything special. Feels like a medium soft standard memory foam mattress! We replaced the mattress to get rid of our back pains from the previous mattress but that issue hasn't been resolved with this new mattress. My opinion is neutral about this new mattress.
Avoid if you can!!! Beware of the scammers! These guys are unprofessional and unethical! their internal communication is terrible and their promises mean nothing! They deducted amount from my security deposit based on made-up stories of damages! Also, lied about bank transaction charge related deductions but never provided any proof or justification! The property itself was ok, hence I gave a 2 star.

This is a platform where vendor and customer find each other and sort out their delivery/logistics by themselves and Shiply takes a commission! The vendors are not properly checked and if you are conned by any of them then Shiply cannot do much about it. I have been defrauded with my deposit money by a Romanian vendor called 'AutoMotoMoves' and Shiply could not do anything but sending them a request email! Having said that, I found another vendor who did the job for me smoothly so it works. Overall the bottom line is that the customer bear all the risks so there is no added benefits of using this platform website. *UPDATED REVIEW* - Downgraded the review to 2 -star due to the fact Shiply tried to get my original review down by saying it was not genuine! I have had an extensive amount of communication by email with customer service so it is not possible that shiply didn't have any records of the issue on their system!

We had our Quartz worktop fitted by this company but the overall experience in dealing with them was very poor! The only reason I am giving 2 star rating is because of the product quality. However, their customer service and professionalism of fitters were terrible. Our fitting was rescheduled for 3 times because they could not get hold of the fitters! This caused delay in completing our kitchen by more than 2 weeks which was very stressful. The fitting supervisor was rude and arrogant but the team did a good job. Overall experience is poor and we will not use them again.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Our records show that a faster installation date was requested on the 15th October, before a reschedule was requested on the 31st October. On the planned date after this, there was nobody at the property when we arrived, which meant we had to rearrange another date to visit.
We are sorry that you feel that we should be penalised for service which by our records, shows a history of trying to accommodate for changing requirements on your part.

Shambolic! Didn't have a good experience booking through this sister company of Southall Travels! Website has plenty of bugs that still needs sorting out. While booking for the ticket, the payment page froze after entering the card details and did not recover. When called the customer service - first one hung up on me after listening to the problem. Second person did acknowledge there was a reservation made against my name but ticket was not booked and someone will call back to confirm which never happened. Third time round a rude lady blatantly denied there is any such booking reference showing in their system. Meanwhile I called my bank which confirmed the payment was made but sitting at a pending status. When I called flysharp fourth time, I spoke to someone sensible and she advised to wait for few hours before the ticket gets issued. It did happen after 6 hours from the time of booking. But the amount of stress and hassle I had with this booking was not worth it and I will not use or recommend this company to anyone.
Brilliant Business concept! I have used this website couple of times now and both times service has been excellent! Good user friendly website with wide variety of choices to suit every budget! Finally, the fitting service is seamless - all pre-booked at your convenient time and location.
Rentalcars.com is not a car rental company, but they source car rentals. They have awful companies onboard like interrent, goldcar, etc! The insurance or excess cover provided by rentalcars.com does not mean anything to the actual rental companies and you have to take out a completely different set of cover before you drive off. Worst part is that rentalcars.com say they won't be able to help you much except try to call the provider and try to resolve the matter just like any other customer! I would accept that if only they could resolve the matter!! And finally, there customer complaint form has a silly word limit which makes it very difficult to explain any issues!

Our Full Protection Insurance refunds any damage costs the rental company may charge you. It also covers various other costs they might charge you if something goes wrong.
Because this cover is organised by Rentalcars.com, the rental company’s counter staff will not see it in their system. They will often offer you their own optional cover, which may reduce your excess and the security deposit you usually leave when you pick up a car.
Unlike some kinds of cover you might buy at the counter, Full Protection does not reduce your security deposit. However, if the rental company withhold some of your deposit, Full Protection will refund you for anything it covers.
Both our Full Protection Insurance and any additional covers offered at the desk are optional if you have all the necessary documents and requirements as set out in the agreed terms.
