Shambolic!

Shambolic!
Didn't have a good experience booking through this sister company of Southall Travels! Website has plenty of bugs that still needs sorting out. While booking for the ticket, the payment page froze after entering the card details and did not recover. When called the customer service - first one hung up on me after listening to the problem. Second person did acknowledge there was a reservation made against my name but ticket was not booked and someone will call back to confirm which never happened. Third time round a rude lady blatantly denied there is any such booking reference showing in their system. Meanwhile I called my bank which confirmed the payment was made but sitting at a pending status. When I called flysharp fourth time, I spoke to someone sensible and she advised to wait for few hours before the ticket gets issued. It did happen after 6 hours from the time of booking. But the amount of stress and hassle I had with this booking was not worth it and I will not use or recommend this company to anyone.
