Took over a property on 01/08/2022 and found Boost to be the supplier. Problems from the get go. Smart meters not sending info so was requested by email to carry out checks as per their instructions. Did so and emailed them back same day - no reply.
Resent email some days later - no reply
Subsequently went off power and after hours on the webchat had to have an engineer call and install a new meter.
Requested to be switched to direct debit some 9 weeks ago and every time I query whats going on I am told to give it another 7 working days as there is a backlog.
Made complaint via the website - no reply.
Requested a call back by a supervisor - no reply.
Webchat useless, totally unable to resolve isues.
Do yourself a favour and avoid.
