Visited this dealership and got the best dealership experience even on a Sunday. Ken Marke was our sales executive and he is a star and an asset to this organisation. He took great care of us and helped explain everything about Skoda Kodiaq. He went an extra mile to find us the car we needed. We were blown away by his patience and such a gentleman. After many bad experiences and arrogant & rude sales people, this has restored our faith in good car buying experience. This is how customer service should be!

This is a review of the Bristol branch. We had a very poor buying experience with this branch. Initially they seemed quite professional and they sent a personalised video. However, during the sale process, the sales executive under quoted our part exchange by 1250£ and challenged this. When shown evidence, the sales executive became difficult & rude.
Calls/Emails were not answered and saving grace was Wendy the receptionist who fielded our calls and took messages.
I was ready to buy as this was a Skoda dealership. But, due to the poor customer experience, luckily I looked up their reviews before I put my deposit down. They lost my business and i saved myself further grief . Luckily the other shortlisted Skoda Kodiaq is 750£ cheaper and a higher trim.

Hope i dont have to claim, but this is underwritten by LV and is 5 star rated which gives me some peace of mind.

I took a mortgage product which had a higher rate but came with free legals from TMW. As they say nothing free is usually good.

A simple remortgage took almost 4 months and i would not recommend them. Also along the way we were given wrong advice that only one director can provide personal guarantee and then we were told they cannot proceed without the other director completing it. So additional cost and time wasted.

There are many other better conveyancing companies and i would choose a different company next time if i have the choice

I had signed up to switch to Avro Energy abt a month back, my switch was to complete on 11th March, but no updates until yesterday, finally I had to call in to get an update after which they sent the activation link to submit meter readings. Not a great start, but the call center staff were quick to initiate the switch. I will give them the benefit of doubt due to Covid19 situation, and post any updates with this switch. However, I may probably move to another provider if this negligence continues.

Ordered a mobile phone with a contract on Black Friday (25/11) as it was on a promotional deal. It was advertised as next day delivery.
But its been more than 7 days and still no sign of the mobile or any updates other than a generic update on their website regarding huge amounts of order. The call centre is useless as you always wait for at least hour and when it gets connected, the system or agent disconnects. I am shocked in this day and age you cannot use technology to provide order updates online. The status of my order has been the same and in spite of chasing them on Twitter & Direct Messages to the support email address, no response so far. Have heard that a lot of orders have been turned down due to credit checks failing in spite of very good credit history which sounds like a dodge scam.
I honestly recommend that any new customers stay away from this firm as they are a bunch of liars and may not honor the deal advertised.

Bought this office chair for my home office when it was on offer. I dont believe its worth the full price. However the chair is quite comfortable and you can adjust the height of the chair. Its a good buy if you are really looking for a nice looking and good quality chair. However no option to adjust the backrest tilt !!
