Wrote a review after fitting. Five weeks ago we had a burst radiator. Tiling had to come up and, as a result, the tiling split and cracked. Tapi gave me a name of someone who would fit some new tiles to replace the broken ones.
The man said doesn't do work for Tapi anymore.
Got a man who laid our laminate some years ago he took one look at the workmanship, which I thought was bad. It's surprising what you find is hidden.
The upshot is, we are having to have a new flooring laid.
I will not say anymore.
When the tiling was lifted we discovered that the base was not Floorboarding plywood. Some areas just had strips of of plywood 2 to 3 inches wide and some 9 inches long to 12 inches long in an area about 3 feet by 18 inches.
The tiling had been slipping. No adhesive had been used, just staples that could not grip the original floorboards properly.
What has now been done, is that proper floorboard plywood has been fitted and secured to the floorboards properly.
We spent £130.00 on a new pack of tiles, which are now no use to us.
I would never, ever recommend Tapi to anyone.

This includes the loss of the first, that you received 30 December 2022.
Where is it?
You emailed me to say you had my item, followed by an email to say there was a delay.
After that nothing.
Someone has had my £139.99 order.
Disgusting. You should be ashamed but, I suppose you will just shrug your shoulders.

After 19 days still awaiting delivery.
No alternative as to carrier. Evri.

The interaction between ourselves and your salesman.
He found our original details for the last suite we bought.
He took great care to explain everything and, once I told him about my disability, he showed us a sofa that helped me so much.
He explained the recliner, advised on delivery and what problems we might have getting the sofas into the house.
He was brilliant and a credit to SCS.
