Another order from London stone for current project. Nick at the Bristol branch is a real star when it comes to customer support and advice. The Decking arrived in confirmed time slot by carriers who admitted on delivery they had damaged some of the decking. This was not too much of an issue on the items they admitted to damaging. However a further large number of the dual sided decking had several marks/cuts on the side I want to display making the plan for project change. I would recommend London stone use a more robust method to pack in-between each length of decking, packaging just at the ends does not appear to protect the product sufficiently. Given the issues I had with the product, Nick (@Bristol) was outstanding with his help and advice and overcame the issues suitably. The composite decking system works well and is easy to install with good associated fittings. A good company with good sales support and great range of products.

Use oak doors a few times for my project and they are very good to deal with and doors are high quality. Hassle free ordering and delivery service used is very efficient and informative.

Doors look great and competitive pricing with high quality door furniture.
