Shrinkflation Ripoff
Originally ordered a 6 month supply of the finasteride and minoxidil spray. I received 3 bottles with the instructions to use 6 sprays. However the latest 6 month supply I received 2 bottles with the instructions to use 4 sprays (30%+ less physical product).
Apparently the formula is more concentrated now but 4 sprays is difficult to cover the whole thinning area surely if this was the best formulation it would have been this way from the start and smacks of increasing profit margins by providing less product. I will be looking elsewhere for a replacement product as £90+ per bottle is way too much.
I'm waiting for the next formulation tweek where they concentrate the ingredients further and we recieve half a bottle and use 1 spray

The current pricing takes into account the extended duration of use per bottle, and we always aim to ensure that our products offer fair value in line with performance and results.

Avoid if you are trying to not lose your hair!
Beware! This is a scam. Sons combination spray (minoxidil, finasteride, tretinoin) appears to be well priced compared to other competitors however dosage is much lower. You are sold one 60ml bottle for 90 days - which is a significantly lower dosage than competitors e.g. e-surgery.com (30ml for 30 days). This was not disclosed when you are entering the subscription.
Most of the positive Trustpilot reviews are for their shampoo. They claim that with the addition of tretinoin, it improves absroption of Minoxidil so lower doses are required but I am unconvinced - there is less finasteride being applied on a day if you follow the prescription.
Avoid if you are trying to not lose your hair!

I was not prewarned about an amount of £189 coming out of my bank account and that the product was about to be posted. Sons is a subscription based service, and we do not offer one-time orders - this will be highlighted when purchasing a product/plan, and will be further clarified in our Terms & Conditions.
Reminder emails are sent out 3 weeks prior to an order processing and these reminder emails are sent to allow for ample time for any required changes to be made to a subscription. We note you opted out of receiving these emails, hence the reminder email not being received.
Regarding the cancellation request made; once order is processed, we cannot cancel it and this is not dependent on dispatch. Once an order is processed, it is almost immediately dispensed and is deemed to be in the possession of the customer even before shipping. Cancelling this on our side will not reflect on the partner Pharmacy's side. We outline our cancellation policy in detail on our Terms&Conditions page.
We do not offer refunds for prescription products. Prescription products are regulated and must be destroyed when returned to the pharmacy and are not subject to returns.
