No trolleys on arrival at multi-story

Very annoying that on arrival at the multi-story car park there were no trolleys at all on the 4th floor where we parked, nor on the 3rd floor where I looked next. I had to go down to the ground floor to the drop off area to get a trolley.
When I reported this at the office, the member of staff was surprised and said there should be trolleys on each floor at a central point. I checked again on returning to the car and all points were empty. With large suitcases this was very frustrating.

Multi-storey car park relatively easy…

Multi-storey car park relatively easy to find, although signage could be clearer.
Found a space easily.
Couldn't originally see a sign to Fast Track and its floor, however found it.
A pity that there does not appear to be a direct connection from arrivals to multi-story, but I may have nmissed it. On a dark wet and windy night, this woudl have been nice.

Very efficient experience. In particular, the local branch phoned me to tell me that the new tyres had arrived early, which was very helpful.

Watch out for promotion offers for extras may not be as they seem

The booking process was smooth, except that an offer was given for a 20% reduction in the cost of a package of extras - luggage, seats and meals. However, havig chosen all of tehse in teh booking, teh discount was not given as I had chosen long leg room seats, rathe rthan standard seats. Apart form appearing illogical, a sI wa sspending more, it was not clear that this was a problem until the very end of the booking process. I still went ahead with the extras, but sdaly no discount!

I can fully appreciate your disappointment here, however I was pleased you still felt the process was smooth.

With our offers that are on at the time you're going through your booking, these do apply to only certain products as you've found. In this instance it was for standard seats, luggage and meals, so I do apologise for disappointment around this.
