Weise psycho jacket is great, arrived next day and was nearly half price with the discount. I’m usually 46 chest but took reviewers advice and went one size up, fits perfectly with and without the quilted liner. A well made quality jacket, love the mix of leather and textile, looks great and feels very comfortable. The longer arm length looks long in the pictures but is perfect when riding and not a problem when wearing off the bike. The included D30 standard armour is comfortable and doesn’t make the jacket look or feel bulky and the jacket is favourably lighter than my leather jacket. The styling looks great on a naked bike, love it. Thanks SBS 👍
Zip pull on left wrist failed after 4 months, SBS happy to accept return and send back to Weiss for repair or replacement at the manufactures discretion but didn’t want to be left jacket less for the summer. Fixed the zip using Munkees zip puller, size medium, cost £8 but better than sending the jacket off. Hope this helps someone. 👍

Ordered the Tan boots and it transpired they were out of stock. After receiving an email from SBS I phoned and reordered a black pair. So pleased, great quality leather, look great and comfortable on and off the bike. I’m a size 10 / 44 and ordered my usual size, although just right perhaps a 45 would allow you to wear thick socks more comfortably. Great value for your money; if you’re looking for boots to wear on and off the bike, look no further. Thanks to SBS & Mark for the discount to compensate for my disappointment. I’m happy, Cheers 👍

Impressed by the website & statements like "as seen on TV" I ordered a compressor £170 + next day delivery £20. It arrived on time, box staples were opened & tape secured the box lid. There was oil splattered everywhere inside the box, which had somehow leaked from the compressor, the sump was nearly empty; the compressor was covered in oil, looked used (scuff marks) & the manual was absent. Returned the next day & received replacement the day after that;. this time it was worse, no oil everywhere but the contents had clearly, previously been out of the box, scuff marks and scratches on the paintwork & the factory fitted/moulded plug had been cut off & replaced with a cheap 13amp house plug. On further investigation the wires inside the plug had been crudely stripped with (what looked like) a Stanley knife, the insulation was bare & connections had been incorrectly wired, I could have been electrocuted! - how could this item have been checked by the warehouse staff before shipping?
For the second time my order was returned & a replacement was received the following day.
You may be thinking - 3rd time lucky, but you'd be wrong! This box had also been previously opened (even though I requested that the item be shipped [unopened] as received from the factory in Belgium). There is damage to the ring, welded to the front end of the compressor cylinder, which is bent; I can only guess this resulted whilst it was out of the box as the box is not damaged!
Customer service: Well this is hit & miss I'm afraid, it very much depends on the individual dealing with your call & the time of day you phone. I spoke with three different people & my experiences ranged from very helpful to downright rude. I expressed concern for the obvious danger hazards of the plug wiring & the other issues with the goods & was told that I would be refunded for the delivery charge, to date this hasn't transpired.
I am very disappointed with this company; I have been polite, understanding and patient - never the less, I haven't received a courtesy call or an apology let alone recompense for my inconvenience. UK Home Shopping… Would you use them?
