The online order progressed fine and my…

The online order progressed fine and my prescription upload was accepted. Items were in stock and I paid for next day delivery, however the next day I was asked to send the prescription to them by post, which I did, first class signed for with Royal Mail. Unfortunately it took over a week before they sent me the heart tablets for my dog leaving me without tablets for 3 days. I had to take a trip to my vets surgery and was issued with an emergency prescription to ensure my dog had her medication for a failing heart. Also I requested that the prescription be returned to me after dispensing as it can be used twice, but alas this has not been forthcoming as of today!
Communication is impossible as their phone line will not take calls and their response to my email was a computer generated reply saying it can take up to 5 days to respond! C’mon guys, life has mostly gone back to normal after covid you really should be looking after your customers better than this. I am very disappointed in your service provision but have still given you the benefit of the doubt and 3 stars. Please feel free to contact me and discuss, and please explain why you have ignored my request to return my prescription that cost me an additional £35.00 😢

5M 360 gsm Fireproof Pro Bell Tent with Stove Hole.

Delivery!! 10 days after receiving the initial “we’ve shipped it with FedEx/TNT” notification and this was the second tent dispatched as the first one was damaged beyond repair and was not accepted. Additionally we had difficulty speaking to bell tent boutique on their contact number as no one was answering, there was just an automated message saying the mail box was full!
The couriers were hopeless to say the least, not turning up on two delivery dates and insisted they did, but no card was left or an image on my Ring doorbell of their attempts to do so. Wasted 2 days off work staying home for nothing and having to cancel our planned camping trip with friends because of it!
Tent boutique, you might reconsider your relationship with FedEx/TNT as customer experience and satisfaction isn’t just taking payment, dispatching and forgetting, we haven’t even received a phone call to apologise for the distress and inconvenience, So very disappointing especially after spending around £600; not an inconsiderable sum of money guys.
I will update this review, the bell tent and any response from the company once we have had an opportunity to set it up and camp in it. Thanks 🙏🏻

Hi David, Apologies the delivery has been so frustrating and thank you for the honest and kindly written feedback. Whilst hearing great news is always lovely it's important to hear when things have not gone to plan. With the size and weight of the delivery we're very limited by the couriers who will handle the goods unfortunately. Fedex/TNT are one of a small minority of couriers who will deliver this weight. Whilst I understand it won't feel like this, we pay a premium for Fedex next day service over some of the other economy courier services. I'm sorry this has impacted negatively on your experience with us so far. I know we dispatched the initial tent the day it came into stock and the replacement the same day that the damaged tent arrived back to us, but 10 days is far beyond what we normally expect for delivery time. Apologies this caused you to miss a trip away. I do understand we where hard to reach during this period. It's been a harder season than most this year with constant delays of shipments coming to us. At the time we dispatched your tent we had over 800 pre orders to ship and worked hard to ensure all tents where sent as soon as we could to meet our given pre order delivery date. We managed to get all tents out in time, but this did mean phone calls where missed which I appreciate was frustrating for customers. I understand how this can look like we just just taking payment, dispatched and forgot. In reality just the volume of shipping in a short period meant we just couldn't individually monitor each delivery. I know as soon as it came to our knowledge it was damaged a replacement was organised, I can see communication with Fedex from the team, but i'm not sure as i write this today if the team had spoken with yourself during this period. I'm sure you will have some fantastic times with your tent and we appreciate you giving us your trust to 'pre order' and waiting for your tent to arrive, so we're disappointed that from a promising start, getting the tent out initially on time, the courier managed to snatch defeat from the hands of victory in this case. We hope once you have had time to enjoy the tent you can hopefully review this as a stand alone part separate to the poor courier delivery at the beginning. Thank you Jo, Team BTB
