The parcel was left on the doorstep…

The parcel was left on the doorstep against the door in full view of the street, there is a wall that would have concealed this plus two large plant pots that could have made it less obvious from the street, thankfully I was not out long just waiting for a few seconds to see if there was anyone in, most other delivery companies don't leave things in plain view

The engineer arrived at the expected time, identified the problem and worked thoroughly and cleanly. He was able to explain what he was doing too. So glad I went for a repair as its a really good appliance, Hotpoint Fridge Freezer

I made an enquiry and an Agent visited…

I made an enquiry and an Agent visited my home, however the amount I could save amounted to only £3pcm, when the penalties for switching came in it was no longer viable, and my broadband and mobile tarriffs were reduced too saving me over £8pcm, i notified them I wished to cancel withing the 14 day cooling off period by phone and e mail, but kept on getting e mails about my electricity, so contaced their customer services, they assured me everything was cancelled, FIVE TIMES, then I got an e mail saying I had been switched. It will take 21 days to correct their erroneous transfer, I made 5 e mails and 2 calls while on holiday in Italy. If this is an example of their admin no way can I recommend switching.

Despite having an independent meter…

Despite having an independent meter reading on 25.11.2018 backed up with three photographs showing the day, night and total units, after 21 days, the team has just e mailed saying they intend to dispute this, when EDF located exactly when the first incorrect read happened, recalculated my bill and have promised a cheque for nearly £600 over payment, Flow don't want to accept that 2 times in a row, my meter had been misread. Have never encountered such disgusting service ever. I was being overcharged by a massive amount and it was a fight to get that back. we are talking about over a thousand pounds.

with several medical conditions it was essential that the cover we bought would cover every eventuality, being able to speak to someone on the phone, carefully answering all the questions ensured that the policy is just what we needed. It was easy to pick up the phone, and the person taking the call was both experienced and stopped to refer to the manager if there was any aspect that needed clarification. Will definitely use again

Everything ordered has not only arrived on time, but has been great value for money, from make up and brushes to perfumes, I have been pleased with every order. Definitely will not shop on the high street now I can find all the brands, colours that I want under one roof.
