I made an enquiry and an Agent visited my home, however the amount I could save amounted to only £3pcm, when the penalties for switching came in it was no longer viable, and my broadband and mobile tarriffs were reduced too saving me over £8pcm, i notified them I wished to cancel withing the 14 day cooling off period by phone and e mail, but kept on getting e mails about my electricity, so contaced their customer services, they assured me everything was cancelled, FIVE TIMES, then I got an e mail saying I had been switched. It will take 21 days to correct their erroneous transfer, I made 5 e mails and 2 calls while on holiday in Italy. If this is an example of their admin no way can I recommend switching.
