I had a phone call on Friday admitting that I should have been REFUNDED for the part that did not work, and that they had sent the wrong e mail as I was not using a guarantee issued by them, they sent e mails promising to refund everything except the first call out fee, they have not kept their promise I checked with my bank at 11am this morning, not a penny has been refunded. Their link to reimburse the court fee would not work as they have miss spelt my surname with a lower case letter. No phone call that was promised, not surprised. This is a complete litany of incompetence, they even sent an e mail claiming the part was obsolete. Proof there was nothing wrong with the wiring, a replacement oven by NEFF was ordered and fitted and worked straight away. A company that makes so many errors and fails to keep promises. Disgusted.

I have just got my credit card bill, instead of buying just flights costing £297 I have had a charge of £657.68 made, there was no notification of any additional costs and I do not want any other services from this company. I got a rebate of £95.74 so am still £561.94 out of pocket. I have e mailed them making it clear I do not want products or services from them.

I paid £297 for two British Airways flights with Opodo but after a bad experience in 2023 with BA when they cancelled the flights and rescheduled them for 8 hours later changed my mine. Opodo have only refunded £95. The flights are for October 2024, so it's not likely these will not be re sold. Very unhappy will never use this company again this was a return trip for 2 people.

Arrived at just the right time, set up went smoothly, they cleared away the packaging too. Admittedly it was very easy as this replaced the same make and model NEFF oven, also have peace of mine with the extended warranty. very happy to know Christmas dinner will be easy with this new oven.

I was sent an engineer to diagnose and fix my fault in late October, who promised to return if the fault recurred, all he did was reset my oven, there was a fault with the control board, I went away for a weeks holiday and it happened again, another engineer called and correctly identified it was the control board, a new part was ordered costing me a further £460, I had been charged over £200 in call out fees. the new part was fitted yesterday, and it's faulty, my oven does not work at all, it's a NEFF, for that amount of money I could buy a brand new oven. It's sold as a double built in oven, by they are in fact two separate units. I am livid. I still do not have a working oven and Christmas is coming. I have taken a photo this morning of the fault message E0511 which has a red triangle above and a circle with a vertical line in. I have switched it off, then re programmed it twice, and it just keeps happening. The engineer says they will not come out again to fix it.
