It is very rare in these enlightened times to find a Company where customer service is as it once was. This Company and especially this branch have it in spades. Nothing was too much trouble. No question too daft. I dealt with Darren and a nicer more knowledgeable person I doubt you could find. This is now my go to place. Professional. Knowledgeable. Faultless.

I find it laughable that a very recent change now gives
nearly all the outlets 5 stars and rates them excellent! This irrespective of actual comments made by consumers. Perhaps they should have a name change to Just Lie!

I have dealt with this Company and Stuart for a number of years now. Nothing major just oak floating shelves for my radiators. They are absolutely superb. I cannot recommend them or this Company highly enough. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

We bought a gas hob model HKB64450NB. It is a glass top model with timer and looks very smart indeed. However it is already in the short time we have had it driving us nuts. There are four rings in the conventional layout. If you put a normal size frying pan or perhaps a le creuset type say on back right then not even a milk pan type will fit squarely on front left. Just not big enough! The timer though handy on occasion has a mind of its own. Comes on when you don’t want it and is blooming difficult to switch off. Don’t think we will have it long somehow. Just badly thought out.

They say there is no such thing like an old fool. I am living testimony. I left a review for this shower and it was not complimentary. What did I do? Completely forgot it and ordered again! As others have said they take forever to deliver and what you get is rubbish. I am a silly forgetful sod! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! That is to me as much as you!

Impossible to get through to customer service. 11 and a half minutes hanging on before I gave up. No other way to contact them! They arrange delivery at weekends but cannot be contacted with any issues ( even if you were lucky enough to get through) because the offices don’t work weekends.

I have been a customer of this company for too many years to remember and certainly should have said something before now! Every December I look longingly for my first present. Their catalogue. Actually more a mini encyclopaedia and I learn so much as you will if you become a customer. It is so readable and informative. I always wish I had a bigger garden. Every year I get what once was Mac’s mix. He was a cat and his mix ups were bagged and offered for sale. Goodness knows what you will end up with but that’s the fun. I cannot imagine being without the catalogue. I simply love it as you will. Please take my word and check it out. You will not be disappointed.

It is difficult to pinpoint one thing that sets this company above its competitors. I would certainly say their approachability and willingness. They bent over backwards to help me with an issue I had with my devices which was not of their making. Every person was helpful. Without exception! I am more than happy to unreservedly recommend this company to anyone looking for a full fibre provider.

I have dealt with this company for a number of years now. Every single person I have dealt with has been superb and very very helpful. From Davie who delivers to everyone in the office. A delightful and professional bunch to deal with. Faultless.

Ordered an apron on the 17th December. Still not received and this is the 16th January. No help at all from “customer service” and my demand for a refund has gone unanswered.
I can only advise potential customers NOT to place orders. This is another bad company as though there were not enough. Caveat emptor.

Ordered from one of their trusted partners. Received an acknowledgment and order number with a delivery time of 1800. When 1830 came and went I phoned their trusted partner to be told that no order had been received and I was not the only customer whose order had not gone through. The Mealzo system had not worked and failed to put orders through. So I am disappointed angry and am out the order cost and seemingly it is up to me the customer to get that back.

A refund of my order cost would be a good start. Your chap in your call centre in Turkey said he would sort it with customer service straightaway. Three hours ago.

The ordering was painless other than having to pay which I always find to be a nuisance. You kept me up to date with information and the delivery drivers were neat polite and caring.

The plant plugs I ordered - Pansy and Polyanthus - arrived safely and were very well packed. To my aged experienced amateur eye they were some of the very best quality I have ever received. I have potted them on so as they can get used to the Scottish climate. All were first class.

Bought a Eco Power bathroom scales. Unfortunately if you stand on it four times you get four different readings. Not much help if you are watching your weight or are on a diet for instance. No way of adjusting or setting the thing.

Firstly this review is solely to do with delivery. I have no knowledge of the shop.
I first placed an order around three weeks ago. Rightly or wrongly I never expect everything to be perfect from any Company I order from. In this case the padron peppers were shrivelled and the carrots had black mould spots. Both signs of old veg. I contacted them not as a complaint but to point it out. I received a thank you email from Matt with a ten per cent discount of any next order which I took them up on. Whilst that was in the process of being delivered I also ordered the luxurious fruit box. The order for veg arrived and included two corn cobs which were clearly old dry and very wrinkled. I photographed them and sent an email to Matt not wishing to be seen as a serial moaner. No reply. In the meantime the fruit box arrived. There was some paper in the bottom of the box. All the fruit both hard and soft had just been thrown in. The apricots and plums did not survive. Again I emailed. No reply. i simply do not understand. You have a business. Customers contact you with issues and…you don’t bother to reply. Caveat emptor.m

Sick of this bunch of fools. My wife and I get AT LEAST 12 emails A DAY. Fortunately they go into junk automatically but we cannot stop them arriving! Nothing but a damn nuisance. Funny thing is we have NEVER bought anything from them AND NEVER EVER EVER WOULD. IF YOU WANT JUNK EMAILS THEN YOU WILL BE IN HEAVEN.

Further to your reply: I suggest you look at some of your reviews. My case is most definitely NOT out of the norm. A great many people are fed up getting UNSOLICITED emails from Temu. Also I never reached out! It is impossible to get through to you conventionally. The only thing left was for me to leave a review. I have now sent you about a dozen emails I received. When you want a further fifty let me know.

Doubtless if you reply again it will be to tell me the emails are not from Temu. I expect no less!

Avoid this bunch like the plague. Yes you will receive the item but you will probably wish you hadn’t. We bought two lights supposedly reduced to £50 each. When we received them £10 each would have been too much to have paid. They are in Turkey and totally ignore any requests for return. There is an obscure return address on the packing label but it has worse reviews than this crowd, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

I have dealt with this Company on a consistent basis for a number of years now. They have never failed to reply quickly to any query I raise. Even the daft ones. Their service is exemplary. All in all a first class organisation for others to envy.
