Work was extremely high class, Steve our onsite builder was able to work through and complete the work to a high standard.

What made this experience so good is that Satveer listened to what my problem was, and came back with a resolution, arranging a replacement kettle was not what I thought I was going to happen as I was only asking about a replacement part. Satveer went above & beyond with sorting this out. Great customer service, keep up the excellent work.

Excellent engineer, talked and explained everything

Not just the fact that Imran turned up so quickly, friendly got on with job in hand. Explained what he was doing advised that tyre was repairable. Couldn't have asked for more. Keep doing what you do Imran.

Excellent, delivery on time and dropped off to location as required.

DWV came out as per appointments and worked both on my alloys & paint chips. Unfortunately on the morning some road works were taking place. But DWV worked around this. They also checked if anything else needed doing.

From start to finish everything went without any problems, easy peasy.

I was undecided on which snorkel would suit me, But after ringing I was assured of which to buy from the helpful staff. Note follow the configuration help. Anyways since that I alerted my son-in-law he got one from Game, he'd being trying since Christmas, then I got one on Amazon coming today. Great App. 👍

Our current Hermes delivery man James is excellent, I think he knows I work from home and always accommodates where I want the delivery put or he waits to make sure that I have acknowledged delivery before he leaves.

From ordering to delivery, all went well, even the driver brought to room of choice. Even with COVID-19 restrictions.

I should add that the delivery people made sure it was safe to enter, this was done on my behalf because I am recovering from a fractured wrist..
