2 weeks and no refund

Ordered a skip online for delivery, i was then phoned the day after and told they cant deliver and the date which was available online and it would be another 5 days (mostly because of bank holiday week) so I asked for a refund. Been 2 weeks and still no refund, have had to open a PayPal case and still no response.

Not great, long despatch and various communication issues.

First time i have used awd in a few years and not the best experiences.

Firstly ordered a mobo, cpu and ram. Mobo on its own and there was an option to add a cpu for slightly cheaper with no cooler (when i say slightly i mean like £2 less than amazon)
Waited 4 days and no despatch so i emailed in and they mentioned the ram was out of stock but was back now and would be despatched that day.
2 days later nothing so emailed again and told my motherboard was in for testing.... at no point does it say that they test anything and this adds time. i wanted all my parts brand new in a box so wasnt happy. I was told would be despatched same day by next day dpd.
Got the despatch that night, royalmail 48 hour.
Came 2 days later, the cpu is literally in the motherboard, all opened, no cpu box at all. CPU was dirty as well, so for all i know it was used.
Email mentioned i would get 3 years warranty instead of 1 for the motherboard... not sure if thats worth it tbh.

Overall between the long despatch, various lies around times and shipping methods and then received a product which for all i know is used, i could not recommend.
Positive note their responce times were all very good.

We’re genuinely sorry for the confusion and inconvenience caused throughout the ordering process. We understand how frustrating delays, unclear communication, and unexpected packaging can be, and this is not the standard of service we aim to deliver.

To clarify, we test all of our systems to ensure everything is working correctly before dispatch. However, we do not sell used items as new – that is not how we operate. For our CPU and motherboard bundles, we use tray CPUs, which are brand new but do not come in retail/OEM packaging. These are supplied directly to us in bulk by the manufacturer for bundling purposes.

If the CPU appeared dirty, we sincerely apologise. It’s possible that there was a small amount of thermal paste residue from the testing process – this should have been cleaned off prior to dispatch. If you're able to provide a bit more detail or a photo of the CPU’s condition upon arrival, we’d greatly appreciate it so we can look into this further with our warehouse team.

Regarding the warranty – yes, the 3-year coverage applies to both parts and labour on the bundle components, and you are always welcome to contact us should you encounter any issues going forward.

We are constantly working to improve and provide a level of service that exceeds expectations, and it’s clear that in this case, we fell short. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we will be reviewing our processes to ensure situations like this are handled better in future.

Brought a "opened box " monitor , price was decent and it arrived exactly as described brand new just an open box.
Delivery was also super quick and I reached out before with a few questions and always got a quick response .
Would use again with no hesitation

Relatively easy sale

I recently sold my car via carwow , details send in on a saturday, sold Monday for over asking, picked up the Friday and paid the following Wednesday. Could of gone slightly smoother with the whole pick up and payment but that was the dealer buying not carwow, they explained the process throughout and made sure I was happy with the buyers payment terms. Would recommend

Parked, got a fine .

Booked a space to go to an event in London. Driving to it found the space was in an ltn and there was only one way in , only road signs telling you not to drive through but not telling you which road to use. Ended up driving down them as couldn't find a way in , thinking they know my reg there should be an exception in place. I was wrong and now have £260 of fines to pay. Annoyingly this could of all been solved by just communicating while booking stating it's in place and how to avoid it . Very simple to do considering they give you instructions on the day. Parking owner has been no help and justpark just say it's not their problem . I would avoid this app

Not real keys

Tried to purchase a key but it was actually another steam account linked, also purchased a random 5 guys with 1 being over £25 and the rest being over £9.99, not a single game was over £9.99 most being worth under £1.50. Customer support tell you to contact the seller, you try that and get random errors so it never gets through

Can't honour renewal options

Coming to the end of a 2 year deal. Service is good however customer service is terrible .
Got an email with an offer to renew, did this and was told it errored, then told it errored again and rang up . Told they cannot honour the deal I have in writing and the only option was to log a complaint.
Complaint logged and it was closed within an hour as resolved without any other information.
Terrible service

Good service, matt is not matt though

Good service, quick delivery. My only issue i ordered a large print on matt photographic paper, and the paper is not true matt, it's a kind of hyrib between gloss and matt. It should not be called matt.
They did offer to let me send it back and they would look into it but packaging back was already recycled so would of been a pain so i have lived with it.

Fine when it comes to delivery, TERRIBLE returns/collections

Fine when it comes to delivery, but for returns/collections they are awful. I have had this 4 times with different parcels now. They give you a slot, then either drive past or don't even come near, do not stop, do not ring the bell. And then you get a message to say the item wasn't available.

My latest one I was actually in the front garden and saw the van just drive straight past.

As a customer this delays the whole process for receiving money for the item, which is very frustrating.

Ordered on the bank holiday friday and…

Ordered on the bank holiday friday and got it delivered Wednesday so fairly decent. Ladder is good quality my only issue is the stats on the website dont match the stats on the ladder. The website said 5.5m max height and 19kg and the ladder says 4.5m max height and 17kg, despite the item number matching. So not sure which one to believe.

Brought some photoshop codes, worked fine for 6 months then adobe contacted me to say they are fraudlant. Have had a case open for over a week and no real update. sadly passed the time to claim on paypal now. Beware buyers
