Avoid Avoid Avoid

Bought a Montpellier washer dryer from Appliances Direct. Started to play up after year wouldn't drain properly dry function unreliable. Eventually dry function packed up and I contacted customer service on Mon. Concerned I hadn't registerered product so warranty negated but with invoice they honoured it..good start. Contacted by third party repair call centre was I available Thurs heard nothing got text 0945 Thurs saying engineer would be there 10-12. 15 mins notice....I had work appointments reply saying going out at 1130 not enough notice. Call centre rang asked why I was going out I said 15 mins notice unreasonable she got difficult saying couldn't rebook for a week.I said poor customer service I'll go on Trustpilot and review bad service she said that was threatening behaviour and hung up. So there ends my attempt to support British industry I'm buying a Bosch...

Inchcape VW Swindon avoid avoid...

Bought a VW Golf GTI ex demonstrator from Swindon Inchcape VW drove 4 miles tyre pressure indicator shows puncture pulled into service station to check pressure low so pumped up and rang dealer to find out how to clear pressure indicator alarm. This kept happening eventually took car to another VW dealer for service they found nail in tyre which cost £150 to replace. Rang Swindon as nail must have been in there on delivery they denied it and then discovered on pre delivery form the technician had highlighted the nail in tyre and they had let me take it away regardless. Shoddy lazy and dishonest when confronted with the facts. Wrote to guy in charge in early Nov now Jan heard nothing... jokers

Aviod Avoid Avoid!!!!

Started well but unfortunately I paid Ian Stewart the Red driving instructor directly and he did a bunk didn't reply to texts or calls owing six hours of lessons. Contacted Red they won't do anything as I paid instructor direct not their problem.

Thank you for your feedback and apologies for the inconvenience. Your son's instructor has been taken seriously ill and at his request, has been released from his contract as an instructor with RED. Unfortunately, as you say, you chose to pay the instructor directly rather than though RED's pre-pay system so your funds are not protected by our money back guarantee. That said, we have spoken to the instructor on your behalf and he stated he will deal with this. I trust you will be able to resolve this directly with the instructor given that you paid him directly. I wish you son well with any future lessons and in due course with his test.
