I am sorry to hear you have not received your order, this is certainly not what we want our customers to experience. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.

We promise to do absolutely everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time frame specified. Our couriers have a 97.8% accuracy for their express service and a 98% accuracy for their standard service but on rare occasions there are events beyond our control that result in your parcel being delayed or missing in transit whilst it is with the courier.

I have checked your tracking and it shows as delivered today at 13:27pm. If you haven't received the order please get in touch and we I will launch a swift investigation.

Due to the delay I have refunded the order postage back to you, please allow up to 5 working days for this amount to show in your account.

Staff could be more knowledgeable about products

Went to Harlow shop as having trouble getting partner jacket that fits. Not a lot of female gear tbf and staff didn't have much of a clue about what was there. Went for a Rukka ordered on line asked if it had back armour told no so bought some. jacket arrived with armour so sent extra back...staff should be better versed on products they stock.

Feudal Landlords

I chair a recognised residents association in SW London and L&Q are the Freeholders. They sacked all the property managers end of 2021 and still haven't appointed one 6 months later. L&Q have a shiny facade in the media picking up awards for inclusiveness and meeting minority employement quotas but behind that facade are thousands of frustrated tenants and leaseholders who have to put up with their crass inefficiency. how they have charitable status is beyond me!!

Weak links in the chain

Nothing wrong with supplier but the courier co's they sub the delivery out to are dire. You pay £20 for collection of old appliance and that's what you get £20 worth. 3 attempted deliveries late on two occasions eventually dumped fridge on ground floor of flats as they said stairs too narrow. 10 days later come back to take away old appliance meanwhile tenants food all gone off I have to compensate. Poor poor poor!!

Bought this to go over motorcycle jacket bought XL came up a bit small should have bought XXL but using it for cycling anyway stick out like a bulldog's b.ll.cks on dark mornings late eves!!

I had a third party claim against them…

I had a third party claim against them their insured drove into and wrote off my stationary motorcycle on private property. They wouldn't admit liability. You get what you pay for these guys are cheap cos pay peanuts get monkeys.
