Still not received my item or notification it has been dispatched. 2 days ago they told me would be shipped within 12-24 hours. Have not heard back since then despite chasing. Really disappointed as paid for express delivery on 12th!

We were informed expected delivery 11 July. Had email 8.20am 4 July to say being delivered. It was to my holiday home and I’m not there! No option to call anyone to talk about it. Now ask for feedback re delivery! I don’t even know if it’s been delivered or where!

Delivered within the time specified. No instruction on how long to leave mattress after opening so had to look online. 19cm mattress is actually 14cm! Very hard and does not feel like memory foam. Would not recommend

We ordered items that were in stock for guaranteed delivery on a Tuesday. However, the day before we did not receive a call to say the items had been dispatched. We contracted victorian plumbing and they immediately sorted out the problems and arranged for one item to be delivered directly from the manufacturer. Units are great. The shower cubicle and shower are even better, would highly recommend victorian plumbing
