I had ordered on line for click and collect to reduce time in store but there was a very long queue to collect with only one person serving whereas there were 4 tills open and no queues! Perhaps need more staff on click and collect or a separate area to returns which can be very time consuming

This is a great way to improve the range of meals you eat. Really good, fresh ingredients and encourages healthier eating and new ingredients. I wouldn’t previously have used fennel or bok choy for example. And kids eaten a lot more veg!

Parcel of dry dog food left outside in the rain. Was packaged in thick bags but one torn as had been used to lift the package. Furthermore, by the time we retrieved the packages, our cats had eaten into the packages!!

Delivery service appalling!
Failed to deliver order 4 times then delivered to wrong address. On next occasion delivered my order plus one destined for Germany! Customer service staff really helpful and polite but failed to complete actions as agreed.
However, seems to be problem with courier as prices good and order dispatched promptly- just need to change courier!!
