Ordered on 13th Dec, order acknowledged but I heard nothing more. Having then read other Trust Pilot reviews I left both email and voicemail messages on 21st Dec. No response but received an email on 23rd that goods had been despatched and would take 2-3 days but they arrived the next day 24th. Well packed and all working fine

Given my order did arrive I think some of the reviews that mention a scam are a bit harsh - I just sense they aren’t that well organised and customer services maybe under resourced.

Absolute daylight robbery- I was at Gatwick and in a hurry so didn’t really focus on the fact they charged me £547 for €500. When I realised what had happed I thought they had got the exchange rate the wrong way round but no they charge an extortionate rate. Learned the hard way but I will never do business with them again- total charlatans

Eaton have recently completed the installation of new doors and window for our house and we were really impressed by their attentiveness to customer requirements, excellent workmanship and work ethic.

Can’t fault them on any aspect of the job and would happily use them again on any future requirements

Misty Glaze provided a full on site survey and consultation with manufacturers before concluding on the best route forward. I really appreciated Mark’s honesty in advising on our options even though it meant less business for him. Would certainly use them again.

Had to correct an address error on the National Database- thought it would be a simple job but ended up being a two month headache involving two suppliers, the Royal Mail and the National Database. I don’t think this would have been solved had the E.On customer services team not taken charge, owned the problem and brought all parties together to get the right end result. They did a great job.
