The info given before this was delivered was accurate and useful. The driver knocked and delivered the parcel into our hands which is not always the case!!

Fantastic meat, incredible quality, great service

This is a wonderful company who sell top quality produce, everything we ever order is delicious. Yes the cost appears high but the meat is so well trimmed and deboned you only pay for what you can eat and we always compare it to what you would have to pay in a restaurant for a steak or duck breast etc and then it seems cheap! Customer service is excellent too.

Fabulous product, wonderful customer service

I would never buy a bra from another company. I have bought Miss Mary bras for years and no idea how they make any money as they last for years. They are so comfortable and give you a lovely natural shape. 100% satisfied with this lovely company and their products.

No insoles yet? They’ve arrived and are great!

I ordered a pair of insoles on the 23rd of November after reading all these good reviews but have yet to receive them. Is this normal delivery time for this company?
UPDATE my insoles arrived this afternoon and they are really great.
Perhaps we need to go back to “Allow 28 days for delivery”?

Wonderful product ,great service

We’ve been getting all our meat from Graig Farm for 18months now and never fail to be impressed by the quality of their meat. It’s all simply delicious. It’s undeniably expensive but I would rather eat less meat of this quality than lots of cheap meat where animal welfare isn’t as good.

Unbelievable excellent, exceptional service

I think it's really sad that there is nowhere on the Openreach website to leave a compliment, you can only complain. We had our internet cable, which runs through a field, cut through three times last week and engineers came out promptly one at 11pm and worked so hard in thick mud to reconnect us. In total about 5 engineers have rectified a really difficult challenging situation. I hope they get to see this, we can't thank them enough.

System worked well

We had to alter our delivery as it had snowed and we live on a hill. Using the email sent by APC we were able to get our order delivered to the Village shop in spite of the driver only being informed an hour earlier. Good service thank you

Great customer service (and cards!)

I have seen a few people on Trustpilot struggling to log on to this site which I was. However an email to Jacqui Lawson resulted in several emails back while they tried their best to sort it for me. Turns out I had typed a letter wrong in my email address when I joined!! In spite of my stupidity they sorted it all out and now I am able to send their pretty cards.

Really lovely meat and bacon and excellent customer service.

Absolutely fantastic products and brilliant customer service. Only our 2nd order but we loved what we bought the first time that we doubled it this time. I had a slight problem as I couldn't fit my turkey crown in may freezer an email was answered almost immediately with a solution to my problem. They deserve their 5 star ratings.

Great quality boot, very comfy too

This company prides itself on good service and gives it. My boots arrived, beautifully packaged, very quickly. I am very pleased with them. They really are like leather wellies, great quality and instantly comfy and just about smart enough to do the supermarket shopping in but definitely "country" wear rather than fashion item.

Once again Lakeland have excelled themselves

Once again Lakeland have excelled themselves for customer service.I inquired whether their Blitz that Mould formula had changed as it did not seem to be doing as good a job as previously. It has not but I was sent another product try, HD mould remover, which is absolutely brilliant and which I will purchase in future.
Thanks again for helping keep my old cottage clean!

Still waiting after 3 weeks!!!

I am still waiting for a parcel from Lakeland that was ordered 3 weeks ago. They arranged for me to pick the item up from one of there stores a 50 mile round trip but we did it as it was a present and Evri have (to date) failed to deliver it. They have lost a £200 item.Lakeland customer service is the exact opposite of Evri, always a human on hand to look after you at the end of a phone.

Just to add to the review below.Lakeland today agreed Evri have probably lost my pizza oven so organised for me to pick one up from my nearest store which I have done. It was waiting for us in the shop and they have all been so apologetic throughout when it is Evri's fault I didn't get my goods in the first place. Thanks again Lakeland!!

Lakeland as amazing as ever but EVRI a disaster.

I particularly chose Lakeland for a Pizza Oven for my son's birthday because, as I have reviewed on here before, their products are all 5 star and their customer service unbelievable, always an instantly answered phone etc.HOWEVER unless they change courier for on line sales I will now only buy from their shops, and we live a long way from the nearest one. The pizza oven and wood pellets cost over £200 and has not been delivered yet by the dreadful EVRI who have 95% 1 star reviews on here (previously Hermes) 2 weeks after ordering it in spite of Lakeland's continual efforts to track it down. It would appear to have been lost or stolen?
