My existing car battery was starting to underperform in terms of losing charge when it wasn’t in use on a daily basis. I ordered a replacement battery of exactly the same type and manufacturer as my existing one and when I checked my existing one, I noticed that it was well beyond a normal battery life. I purchased a pair of Merrell Mens Ontario Waterproof Walking Hiking Boots in July of 2023. The boots were great and I had been using them for 10 months when one of the stitched seams failed. I contacted Merrell and they advised that although the boots were less than 12 months old, I hadn't purchased them directly from Merrell I would have to contact Millars first. I sent an email to Millars (22 days ago) advising them of the problem and awaited a response which was not forthcoming. I sent a further email (15 days ago) and there has still been no response. I have now contacted Merrell, sent them several photographs at their request and proof of purchase.
The problem is a failure of the Merrell product but I am very disappointed with Millars total lack of response and their apparent disdain where communicating with a customer is concerned.

I ordered a pair of lift assisting bonnet struts for my car. The quality seems to be great. They were delivered promptly and were easy to fit.
One minor observation. The washers on my OEM units were captive and so I couldn’t reuse them and had to supply my own washers. This was not a problem to me at all as I had suitable washers on hand. Thanks for a great service!

Excellent speedy service.
I only purchased one printer cartridge as a trial to ensure that it would work with my printer as previously I have bought third-party cartridges and they have not worked properly. The service received From Cartridge Save was excellent. The turnaround of my order was speedy and the communications were very good. The cartridge worked perfectly and I shall be ordering more cartridges in the future. I fully recommend Cartridge Save.

This journey from London Victoria to Cardiff was carefully driven and I felt in safe hands
Two minor criticisms. Firstly, the toilet door would not close from the outside and kept swinging open and shut as the bus was manoeuvering. The door could be fastened from the inside which is probably more important but the door was a distraction whilst I was trying to sleep on a late night bus journey.
Secondly, and Megabus have no control over this, the passenger behind me spent the whole journey from London Victoria to Cardiff on his phone talking very loudly in what sounded like Portuguese. This was particularly distracting as I was trying to sleep during the journey.
In all other respects to journey was excellent.
