Do not use if you don’t have to

So delivery was expected Sunday and with 8 deliveries left before mine it suddenly stopped and went back to depot - no communication until I contacted them through their chat box and rearranged delivery to my local drop box. If I never have to use Yodel again it would be too soon but unfortunately I can’t stop my deliveries sent to me being done through Yodel - absolute rubbish
