Whilst these are backed by the manufacturers, their 3rd party supplier who administers the scheme values don't live up to Samsung's values

Arrivals in LBA continue be a 1 star experience.
- 30+ mins wait for ambulance lift to disembark passengers.
- lack of capacity forcing caring to leave passengers needing support to navigate their own way through security into arrivals
- lack of capacity of the buses taking passengers from pane to terminal
- unsafe driving by bus drivers, leaving less than 6 inches between a fuel tanker re-fuelling another plane & barriers is in no way safe.
- no LBA staff available airside or anywhere to be seen in arrivals to help & manage crowds.
- no luggage trolleys in arrivals
- arrivals hall dangerous full & overcrowded, 2 & 3 deep around all the luggage belts, and exits being blocked stopping people leaving arrivals & blocking fire exits.

XDP consistently terrible. Yet another parcel delivered damaged - wet, corners damaged and footprints on the boxes !!!
Driver refused to take back the item as a reject delivery.
Why sellers continue to use companies like this who knows? Cheap may be, Customer Service not existent.

Still awaiting refund and damaged parcel to be removed
Update 26/09 - still no contact from supplier to collect this parcel. Toolstation - how do I get my money back when your supplier fails to collect it ?

No one on their chat service to answer questions.
Courier left parcel is clear sight of road rather than taking back for redelivery as stated in email.
And it rained, £200 parcel damaged
Update on DX RESPONSE
Parcel WASN'T ACCEPTED. Your courier left it, no card, no contact just left it outside. Won't be purchasing again from that Supplier as they can't offer an alternative courier to deliver it safely

Process to return and get your money back is so difficult taking upto 2 weeks from order to getting our cash back.

Swap from Waitrose to M&S hasnt been good - quality, service and product availability has dropped.

Since you changes the guidance for your couriers the service has been terrible.
2 of last 3 Hermes deliveries have been returned to the suppliers & we now ask sellers if they are using Hermes. If it's yes we don't buy from them !!

It's a 1 from me. What used to be a great service isn't anymore.
Delivery (maybe) by 7pm. Chatbot poorly designed with no ability to answer simple questions, no LiveChat option in UK & phone service is terrible with Agents somewhere else in the world with poor English skills. Agent could only repeat their script, wouldn't reschedule delivery.

My experiences of Jaja since closing my account prior its transfer from PO Money have been terrible. After 9 months they still cannot correct their mistakes on my credit file, 4 attempts and its still wrong. Jaja have now added a 2nd account to credit file for a card they never issued which their website says is a 'known fault'. Even the Financial Ombudsman cannot help resolve their mistakes.

Review of Parcel Monkey UK
Booked & PAID FOR a courier collection today (via DHL) using their portal yesterday.
Courier doesn't show up & Parcel Monkey's response it's no our problem and it's the couriers fault.
Oh and yes you have to wait in again for another full day for a collection.
Based on my experiences simply avoid and why AMAZON recommend to use this company for booking returns who knows !!!!
