I was drawn in to give Outfittery a try for a wedding I was attending, so their promise to style you looked tempting.

When my box finally arrived, the contents were pretty good, but at nearly £1,000 a lot more than I intended to spend. I kept 3 items, returning the rest, including a pair of £150 trousers with a button missing, which I wanted to replace.

Returns looked easy, but what they don’t tell you is all your orders and returns come / go from Germany, meaning my replacement trousers (out of stock so alternatives sent) arrived a week after the wedding anyway. I had to write to customer service to tell them not to bill me for my returns as they will charge you, 7 days after you receive your box, but their returns take way longer go arrive in Germany.

I returned the hideous replacement trousers, which are still out there somewhere, but my card has still been billed, and your tracking through Royal Mail only gets you as far as the uk warehouse.

My gripes. They will send you items way over what you give as a budget, returns take way too long, and don’t expect fast delivery for your boxes. Give it 2 weeks from when you order. Oh, and use a credit card unless you want your bank to get emptied whilst waiting for a return to be processed!

Bought an outdoor pergola. Fantastic quality and much better value than others. Delivery was a couple of days, and all delivered without hassle in perfect condition.

Brilliant. Will certainly buy from them again.

I’ve been harassed into getting a smart meter for months and months, with Outfox claiming we had an RTS meter which will stop working. But we don’t. And despite telling them over and over and over again they don’t listen. Finally they now accept this yet the calls from some company called ‘SMS on behalf of Outfox’ keep calling (blocked but get to voicemail) and text, along with letters.

I don’t want a smart meter. And certainly will not be forced into getting one.

Terrible customer service. I’m switching. No doubt to go through the whole sorry saga again.

Used the mail in service for my daughter’s broken iPhone 13 screen replacement and couldn’t be happier. All very easy. Ordered Monday, pack turned up Tuesday and Royal Mail collected from home on Weds. As I’d only powered the phone down it was fun tracking it’s journey on find my phone. From the posties round, to the sorting office, mail centre down the motorway to London! It arrived at I-smash on Thursday morning and later that day, I had an email to say the repair was done and phone was heading home. Thursday evening it was on the move again. Another fun morning of tracking it back & and the package containing a fully working device with a lovely new screen was handed to me at 10:30 on Friday morning by the same lovely postie who took it on Wednesday.

Brilliant service and I cannot fault the speed, and quality of the repair. Well done I smash (& Royal Mail)

Brilliant trading platform and support are excellent should you ever need them.

Brilliant all round. The free trial boxes allow you to try the frames at home, choose what you like, send back and get more trial frames if needed.
The price for 2 pairs of glasses was excellent, and the customer service cannot be faulted. The lenses in one of my pair were not quite right, so I returned, at no extra cost, and I had a new pair with 100% correct lenses 10 days later.
Overall cannot fault. Price, quality and service all 10/10

Easy to book your appointment, reminders if you need to change and great staff in Tesco Andover. Friendly and genuine.

Having been with Start Rescue for many years, our couple of call outs have been well worth the annual fee.
The app is brilliant, report, locates you & keeps you updated. Start also call you if the ETA is missed and provide an update.
The contractors are also great.
The big boys could learn something from Start.

For the second year, the exposure colour on the prints of our daughter’s school photos has been terrible. Both times the sets of printed photos were returned. Last year we received a second print, which wasn’t much better but we accepted it.

This year, we were not accepting it, so returned the original and the proof we printed at home, both of which were vastly different (the proof was a true, natural colour, the print from tempest was a cross between being tango’d and pink)

The response was ‘we can’t offer another improved print’. Ok. We took the digital print and printed at home, and at a max speilman kiosk in Tesco. Both printed perfectly fine. So how can tempest, with their over inflated prices not manage this?

Their photography is nice, but their print service is very poor. Don’t waste your money.

Brilliant easy trading coupled with great customer service if you need any help.

We have used Start Rescue now for a number of years, and in the few times of need we have always received fantastic service. Our latest issue was a puncture at home, where the wheel would not come off. We logged the issue on the app, and shortly after received a call from the mechanic saying he was on his way.

We had the wheel off and the spare on in no time (it had seized so needed some force) and all was well. Start rescue made a follow up call to ensure everything was in order.

For the price we pay, 2 cars on a home and full recovery policy you can’t get better, forget the big boys and their overpriced offerings, which in experience are not great, Start Rescue any day.

The exact same set was for sale at our local garden centre at over £500 more!

Our delivery was booked in by Charlie’s for a suitable date, and the courier kept me updated on the time. The set is fantastic.

We had one small issue with a chair, which was promptly resolved by the team and a new chair swiftly sent.

Fabulous company to do business with. Highly recommend.

I've earned over £2.5k with TCB over the few years I have been using them, just for everyday spending - I always check TCB before I buy anything online. Few times I have had purchases declined for Cashback, but the customer service has always been great.

Brilliant site and a great way to earn money back on stuff you're buying anyway.

Great prices compared to your usual chain suspects, convenient fitting to suit your time and location, and good service from the fitter.

Have used before and will use again. Save yourself a few ££ more and order via a cashback site (top cashback in my case, gave me 9% cashback on the cost)

Tesco Opticians - Terrible. Vision Express - Just as bad.
I was a previous 'LensPlan' customer of Tesco Opticians, I cancelled this service following month after month of issues with them. I'd had enough. When they switched to vision express I thought things might change - Oh how wrong I was. After booking a sight test and contact lense check with them and confirming my previous issues as an ex unhappy customer of Tesco they told me my checks would be complementary - Oh no, that will be £10 please. Its not the money, that's insignificant, its the rude manager (Andover Tesco), belittling her poor staff and telling them they don't have authority to give complementary checks - regardless of their previous poor service under the Tesco brand. Needless to say, I wont be going near them again for glasses, lenses or sight checks - I'd rather pay for a service with an honest and customer centric company. In my opinion, avoid.

Our 2nd time of using VP, and again exceptional service and products. We’ve recently embarked on a new en-suite project, and so as our main bathroom was furnished with VP products a few years back, and we’d had no issue with at all, we didn’t hesitate to use them again.

Their prices are excellent, and delivery swift. The quality is fab, and is no different to the stuff you would get from a main chain DIY store but is much better value. I was comforted in the fact that on our previous order we had an issue which customer services quickly resolved, and so I bought in confidence that we’d be looked after if anything went wrong (which it didn’t!)

We took a lot of time to decide on which sofa company to use, and eventually found the Dorchester set from Sofa Store. We visited 2 stores (Salisbury and Yeovil) and the sales teams in both stores were unobtrusive and informative. Eventually we ordered over the phone (we tried online but we couldn’t add our ‘free gift’ to the order, which you get if you spend over £1k!). The process was easy and the delivery estimate was set for 2 months later. We were kept informed all the way through the process and a date was finally set a few weeks before delivery with plenty of suitable dates to choose from. On delivery day, we were called 30mins before the team arrived and the sofa’s delivered to our living room. Yes, they are packaged up well and you need to unpack and dispose of this yourself but we knew that already and it was of no issue at all. 2 black bags of packing material and cardboard for recycling. Easy!

We have had the sofa’s a good few weeks now and they are of excellent quality, build, and they look great. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sofa Store, or the Dorchester sofa set …… and don’t forget to get your free gift. I’m sure our massive Oak Mirror will look fab in its new home once we have decorated!

Ordered my new Nissan X-Trail mats having been scared off by the price of the official product from the dealership. I customised these with the vehicle model name. They look great, fit perfectly and are as good as if not better than the mats you'd pay more for from the manufacturer. Only a week from order to delivery too. Excellent!
