I’ve been harassed into getting a smart meter. …

I’ve been harassed into getting a smart meter for months and months, with Outfox claiming we had an RTS meter which will stop working. But we don’t. And despite telling them over and over and over again they don’t listen. Finally they now accept this yet the calls from some company called ‘SMS on behalf of Outfox’ keep calling (blocked but get to voicemail) and text, along with letters.

I don’t want a smart meter. And certainly will not be forced into getting one.

Terrible customer service. I’m switching. No doubt to go through the whole sorry saga again.

Hello there, thanks for the review. It sounds like your meter details are incorrect on the national database and with the RTS signal being switched off, we are obligated to do all we can to ensure customers with these meters have them replaced.
