Review of On the Beach
I booked a holiday package and soon after received an email stating that the airline had increased prices, so I ended up paying extra. I believe this is wrong of the company to attract customers with a lower price and then hike them after the initial booking. This is misleading and not right. I have complained directly but still no luck. My next stop is Trading Standards.
I have provided info requested by onethebeach following this review, its been nearly two weeks but no response.

Initially item sold was faulty, then I was offered a replacement and £20 amazon voucher. I was told voucher will be issued after 45 days. Its now over 3 months and voucher never arrived. I contacted them for many times and was told web team is dealing but still nothing yet. Now they don't even respond to emails. Very poor customer service and very disappointing!

Received a marketing letter to join Nextdoor app and signed by someone claiming to be my neighbour (from my street) however when I did some research on that person, it turns out she lives over a mile away so I would have appreciated if they said they from wider neighbourhood, not from my street. Letter gone straight in the bin.

It may be helpful if we explain the way our invitation process currently works at Nextdoor. We offer members the ability to send out postal invitations to their neighbours. Any member can choose to send out invitations to nearby households in their area, as an easy way to grow and expand their Nextdoor neighbourhood. They can do this by clicking the icon in the top right hand corner of the newsfeed (a person next to a + sign) and then clicking the option 'Invitation Letters: We'll post for free'. These invitation letters are then sent out to the nearest households to this member. On these invitations, the real name of the Nextdoor member who sent them, will be shown. Neighbours real names are shown in an effort to create a sense of community and to build trust and accountability, to build a neighbourhood where neighbours feel like they know each other on a first name basis.
It's a shame to hear you are not interested in joining your Nextdoor neighbourhood at this time but we hope you may consider trying us out in future!

Bought husky air which gone faulty in a month. contacted ezviz support, they agreed to replace but wanted me to pay for postage, which I found a bit odd. Anyway I paid and dispatched but courier lost the package. Courier not willing to compensate because it was restricted item. Overall, I am out of pocket. :(
