Ordered a new TV on line for home…

Ordered a new TV on line for home delivery. Everything went really and JL kept me informed throughout the process. Prior to delivery on 29th June I received an e-mail from JL informing me of price reductions on a wider range of products. To my surprise the TV I was waiting for had been reduced by £100, As I had paid for it and delivery was imminent I first thought just my luck. I did some research on the JL website relating to price promises etc. I decided to telephone Customer Services and spoke to an exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable Partner. After explaining my situation the Lady asked me to hold on while she spoke to someone else. She returned after a few minutes, apologised for my problem and said she had arranged a refund of £100. The refund was paid into my CC account within 4 hours of my phone conversation, now that’s what I call fantastic service, well done JL and many thanks.
