Terrible. Bought prepaid sim and top up card together in single transaction in a shop. Packaging for simcard showed "celcomdigi". Nothing to indicate specific network. The sim turned out to be digi and the topup was celcom.Customer support was useless. Recommend avoiding. Stick with UMobile.

I called Vitality Care Hub line to clarify the process for proceeding with the next step of my care claim as it was a little complex. Anne was very knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain the next steps and what my options were. She was polite, friendly and professional throughout.

Was at home when the driver "attempted" delivery but didn't ring or knock on door. Email received claiming parcel was delivered to "safe place : null". Not very helpful for tracking down the parcel. Forced to download app if you want to see a photo of delivery. Website is an exercise in frustration for trying to get in contact - contact centre opening times provided but no phone number. Link to call them from complaints page just gives automated delivery status update and then hangs up. Utterly terrible all round and will actively avoid purchasing from companies that use Yodel in the future.

Packaged with care so the delicate plant arrived in tip top condition. Also received a card with specific care instructions which is very useful. Overall, very happy with quality and value for money. Would happily purchase from this site again.

Quick and easy to purchase a new policy but totally unnecessary. Was a previous customer and the renewal premium was double the new policy quote. So I stopped the auto renew and purchased anew.

Great experience with this company. I ordered three pieces of jewellery, which were delivered promptly, and look great. I did have an issue with one item, but when I contacted the customer service, they were brilliant and sent an expedited replacement right away.

A good site for specifically buying women's gear which can sometimes be hard to find on other sites or in shops.
Delivery was really fast, but you now need to pay for delivery unless the total amount is over a certain threshold, which makes me less keen to buy things unless I'm able to try them on in a shop first to check they fit.
Staff weren't particularly helpful or friendly when I called up to request an amendment to order and no one answered the first couple of times I tried to call but otherwise the experience was fine.
