Did not deliver the goods

Was at home when the driver "attempted" delivery but didn't ring or knock on door. Email received claiming parcel was delivered to "safe place : null". Not very helpful for tracking down the parcel. Forced to download app if you want to see a photo of delivery. Website is an exercise in frustration for trying to get in contact - contact centre opening times provided but no phone number. Link to call them from complaints page just gives automated delivery status update and then hangs up. Utterly terrible all round and will actively avoid purchasing from companies that use Yodel in the future.

Hi Aisla, I understand that the tracking shows your parcel was delivered, but you have not received it. I apologise for the inconvenience caused due to the experience.
