I purchased a brand new unwanted Rose Gold Complexity automatic Swan & Edgar watch at a reduced price. However on receipt it was gaining 17 minutes in 14 days. The good people at Field Luxury Limited (Customer Support) provided me with a new replacement. Unfortunately this too gained significantly and again customer support provided a new replacement. I am glad to report that this watch works fantastic and together with the outstanding visual display I am over the moon with the product. I would like to mention the excellent support and communication I received from Anna at Field Luxury Limited, she made me feel a valued customer and explained fully every process that I went through. First class service, thank you.

We were so pleased with the watch which was ordered 16/12/2024.
Arrived for my partner Christmas present.
I've just got round to email you that unfortunately the watch is not keeping correct time and we had to replace the strap. And my partner bought another watch as going on hoilday a wedding in Greece. He wanted to wear a good watch with his suit.

Good watch nice quality

One of the worst websites I've tried to navigate. I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to order 2 watches in their "Complexity" range, both to come with their own presentation box. However, every time you try and add the second watch to your basket, the first one has completely disappeared! Then, when you go back to your basket, it's completely empty!! You also can't add a presentation box to every purchase, only one per basket. It seams they want you to only buy one watch at a time, and pay multiple shipping charges!!!

Their watches look lovely, but I guess I'll never own one as I've now given up bothering...............

Brilliant company, so helpfull with anything you want to know, customer service is first class.
As for the watch I purchased for a gift for my husband for our 50th wedding anniversary. I was so impressed with the packaging to start with and the gift box I purchased is so smart . The watch omg if I say I was over the moon with it , that would be a understatement. The pictures were lovely on Swan & Edgar's website but when you see it in real life, just stunning. It looks a lot more expensive than it is and it looks so well made. I love that its a British company too which is very important to me . I would highly recommend this company without a shadow of a doubt.

I sometimes get buyer's remorse. Especially so, when my gut tells me to do one thing and then my head overrules my gut.

When I get something unpleasantly unexpected, out come both barrels!!

When I first got my watches I was bitterly disappointed; especially as they didn't work properly and the same manual came with both - it just set off all my alarms and I cursed myself for being a fool. Then I didn't get updates via customer care as quickly as I expected and that was like fuel to a fire - I went absolutely ballistic.

After a couple of days I got a call from a senior member of the organisation - owner level. He listened to everything I said, in detail, and worked with me over the next two days to completely understand my angst and problems.

We went through every function of each watch, testing together, I told him what I was seeing and he acknowledged the faults we found. He also acknowledged the issue with the manuals.

We have a solid plan of action now and I'm very satisfied. The person also told me about the history or their shop and brands and what they're hoping to do.

I finished our calls with a sense of reassurance and also a very firm feeling that this team is hell-bent on improving product quality, and putting a wrap of the very best possible customer-care around their offerings.

I feel safe now shopping from Swan & Edgar and I'm NOT the easiest person to convince.

My wife gifted me a Complexity watch from the Swan & Edgar brand and collection. I have to be honest, when I opened it, I was very excited, it looked elegant and great! However, potentially due to shipping mismanagement, the watch was not functioning properly.
I got very concerned because we were on vacation in a foreign country and I had no idea how we could return it, or how we could get assistance with it.
I reached out to the customer support and service team via email, and I was pleasantly surprised as I got a response in less than 24 hours.

The team went above and beyond to help me and address my needs. They guided me to identify the potential issues with the watch and how to troubleshoot them, when they concluded that it had to be replaced or fixed at their locations, they guided me on every step of the process to send it back, and they covered the costs to do so.

I made it even harder as I was moving to yet another country, and they went the extra mile to make sure that i would receive the replacement promptly and that it would all be taken care of.

I am glad to say that i received it, in perfect conditions, it works wonderfully, and its a fantastic product. Its elegant, and i have already been complimented by a couple of people saying that its a beautiful watch.

Yes, the product is great, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service received. I came to understand that Swan & Edgar truly and deeply cares about their customers, and that they will do everything in their power to provide a quality and excellent product and customer experience.

I want to thank the S & E team, and personally highlight the great service provided by Anna, she truly made me feel that everything would be alright and that my complex shipping case would be taken care of in the best possible way, and she did!

International shipping, specially to Brazil is not easy but Anna and her Customer Experience team made it right. Strongly recommend the brand not only for its products, quality and design but also for taking care of logistics in a human and close to the client way.

Quality -Service when it really matters! Joni and her team took me from a very unique situation that had not been handled exactly right would have tarnished my family gift -thus my Multiple watch purchase. Why Multiple? Why not! It’s Swan & Edgar and if I’m going to have my friends and family wear a gift of course it’s Swan & Edgar.

Had what I thought would be simply send back watch for repair under warranty,very pleased and surprised to be told return watch, and pick a replacement ,excellent customer service all sorted within 9 days

First of all I was delighted that it wasn't a scam, the watch itself is fabulous and totally value for money. It's a fantastic looking piece and the total package is amazing. The only gripe I have is that I bought the blue faced watch with blue strap but when I opened it I read a bit let down as it's closer to purple than it is to blue. Nevertheless I purchased a blue leather strap and replaced the purple strap and now it looks stunning.
I used the companies chat but so far I still haven't had any reply from them so this is the reason for my review. The plus is you get a fantastic watch in amazing packaging (just expect purple instead of blue). The negative is ZERO correspondence from the company.
Still well worth the money.

I recently bought a watch and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The quality is outstanding – it’s stylish, well-made, and exactly what I was expecting (if not better!). It looks even more impressive in real life than in the pictures.

i have been asked to comment on this by the company; I have seen but have not purchased this watch.

I wonder if the company can answer if the mechanism for these watches are made in Great Britain.

The company has 10 employees according to the website; how many are involved in making watches.

Look, I am not a watch expert; I just want honest feedback from the company. There is no shame in buying watches from China and selling them in GB.
