I always find renewing my home insurance a nightmare, but Aaron was excellent and made the process painless, I wish I'd just gone to him first as he gave me the best price and cover that I required. I've not had reason to subsequently contact OIS for any insurance related events, but hopefully if I do, the support will be just as good.

There was a slight issue with the item I purchased, when I told them, they immediately offered a good solution, excellent customer service.

First use, went smoothly. Purchased amazon vouchers, they were instantly there after payment and I used them immediately.

Do not deal with this company. You are fine unless you want to return the item, which you probably will. Ordered trousers and they were at least 4" bigger on the waist than advertised and the company will not give you your UK consumer rights despite trading as a .co.uk company. They will stop corresponding with you and you will be left high and dry with goods you do not want!! You have been warned!

Almost impossible to use as few hotels available and even when they appeared to be, as soon as you indicated you had a red letter days voucher, they were fully booked. Eventually used it but hotel was not great! The only good thing was that we were able to extend the voucher expiry date which was needed as we had such difficulty using it. Will not buy or gift one one of these again.

Delivery driver was polite and professional, handled my item with care.

Was quick to sign up, cards arrived quick. Credits added fast. A small problem signing in, but resolved shortly after.

Mattress only just arrived a couple of days ago, so can't comment on mattress itself as just commencing on 200 day trial, however the order process online and the delivery were both excellent.

We chose Ocean City Roofing for our whole roof replacement as they were well recommended, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and importantly gave us confidence. Jamie and his team were professional, efficient, good humoured and friendly. Everything was carried out as promised and the job was completed in the expected timescale even with the changeable weather. They took great care throughout the work, our home was left clean and tidy and they ensured we were completely happy with the progress and the final result. It was a worry and stress free experience and we would not hesitate in recommending them.

I've enjoyed being part of the testing team for products. I'm always a bit skeptical that you would never get chosen, but I was and it's great fun.

Item was in stock, although limited colours in size. Service good.

So far so good. Ordering process good, delivery quick, good notice given and polite two man delivery who delivered it upstairs to required room. Now to trial it.
