Great bag but so many attachment options I’d need an instruction manual! I will probably figure it out in time but seriously some guidance would save me a lot of trial and error. I also agree with the other reviewer who said it is heavy for carrying and really not a big enough area left for putting stuff inside

I had to return the treadmill as it was too heavy for me to move. Also despite looking flat there is in fact a small incline towards the front which I had found in the past to interfere with my weak back. I was shocked when, after seeking advice from their customer services department, I was assured it was completely flat and to “have a nice life”!

It’s a lovely relaxed atmosphere in Jollyes and I always enjoy wandering around and buying more stuff than I need! The staff are very nice, helpful and not afraid to chat to an old person!

This company employs very pleasant staff! I had to call to ask about when a smaller size of the slippers would be in. Sadly it is unknown however. I loved the slippers but they were too big and even with thick socks my heels slipped and it was difficult to walk properly even though just in the house. So I returned them. I had to pay to return them and was a bit disappointed that the refund did not include the postage I had paid for delivery either.

The customer service person on the phone was very helpful and courteous. However I didn’t go ahead with the whole order as I subsequently discovered I could get the same paper for much less online. The pencil I did purchase has not yet arrived and I see Amazon sells the exact same one considerably cheaper and no p&p. I know it is unfair to compare to Amazon and want to continue to buy from and support Jackson’s but their postal charges are often very high

Unfortunately I have to say I was disappointed in the mirrors. Their magnification wasn’t as good as I’d expected but worse was the surrounding illumination. Even with the replacement mirrors I received after returning the first ones the second ones stopped working within 3 times of using

I love these sliders! They look great and stay on when I walk! I nearly gave up waiting for them though and as 6 weeks came and went I worried they’d been lost in transit. I contacted Bjorgk about it and they were very reassuring. I ordered a replacement pair and these arrived in good time - closely followed by the originals! So my advice is order early and be patient - they will arrive😂

Turtle Doves is a great company. The quality of their fingerless gloves is exquisite and since learning they make them in a slightly larger size I’m having to be careful not to buy some in all the colours! If a colour is not quite right exchanges or returns are dealt with speedily and courteously. As I suffer from Reynauds condition (my hands are often cold) these gloves have been a godsend and are a very pretty accessory to a variety of outfits

The quality and finish of the gloves is excellent - they are beautifully soft and pretty to wear. Definitely five stars for service and gloves!

I was having difficulty finding my favourite eye gel by Ester Lauder. Finally saw it on Allbeauty.com. Not only was it much cheaper than I’d paid in the past through Ester Lauder online or in Boots, but the two pots I ordered arrived really quickly.

I rang to ask if I could substitute the eye prime for the Smooth Like Silk as I need a smaller one for travelling. I hadn’t realised the eye prime is slightly tinted but also would not suit the face as it may clog the pores. The solution suggested was to decant some Smooth Like Silk into a smaller container. I was very grateful for this advice
